Spacious seasonal home on 1.5 acres. Near Hwy 2 between Bemidji & Cass Lake.
Newly renovated family-friendly seasonal property has a bright, open, modern feel with cozy cabin accents. Currently has 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom (Second bathroom and Laundry still under construction).
Plenty of space for you to relax and enjoy the summer in your own private space. Easy driving distance to Bemidji & Cass Lake. Plenty of driveway space for you boat & trailer as you visit area lakes.
Prefer multi-week rentals from May-September. Rates negotiable while we are still finishing the remodel. No smoking within 50 feet of any dwelling. Small pets allowed, renter must clean up all droppings.
