Clean and spacious
We were in the area to watch our son compete in a Nordic Ski tournament. The home had everything we needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing weekend.
Place was nice but there was no AC and you had to pay to use most of the amenities.
The place was clean enough and had a set-up kitchen. We found out two days before arriving that we had to pay to use the pool, sauna, hot tub, and gaming area. This was not disclosed when booking, and there was no air conditioning. The listing has been updated since our stay, as I contacted the property manager several times and they advised there was AC. It was definitely a disappointment to stay in a hot condo in 80-degree weather. Communication with Vacasa about this has been less than stellar. Would not book again. May be a good place to stay in the winter, but not if you rely on air conditioning.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially regarding the additional fees for the pool, sauna, hot tub, and gaming area, as well as the lack of air conditioning. We understand how disappointing it must have been to stay in warm weather without the comfort you anticipated. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we are glad to hear the listing has since been updated to better reflect these details. Clear and accurate communication is very important to us, and we apologize if our team fell short in assisting you during your stay. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

Very Clean but few downsides
Check in was a breeze. Property was extremely clean. Great area.
However there are a few things to note.
I booked through VRBO but property is owned by Vacasa so upon reserving you will get an additional email confirmation from Vacasa that gives information on the property. In the Vacasa email that I received it stated that the property has a wood stove and if I was planning to use it I needed to get a fire permit. I went online and got the fire permit only to arrive to the property and find the stove locked up and unable to use. The response I got was that the property does not list a wood stove. Although VRBO does not the Vacasa confirmation does so there is conflicting information.
The property also comes with one free access pass to use the pool services at the community center. I was unable to find the pass I emailed the owner (vacasa is a company and you will get a random response from whoever is working and reads your messages) to ask exactly where the pass was because I was unable to find it. I received just a generic response about how I would receive a pass upon check in. Later I received another reply asking if I made sure I was even supposed to have a pass for the listing I reserved. I would think the person should look at the listing so they could educate themselves before responding. Also there were times I didnt receive a response for 12+ hours.
Another thing to note. Internet service is extremely spotty there and goes in and out constantly.

Veronica, thank you for being our guest and sharing your feedback. We're pleased you experienced a seamless check-in and found our home clean and enjoyed its location. That said, we apologize for the issues you encountered that kept you from fully enjoying your stay. Our local manager clarified that a wood stove is not an amenity for this home and we're sorry for any disappointment this caused. Additionally, we regret any disconnect in service you encountered and shared your feedback with the appropriate parties. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.
