Thirty five foot balcony overlooking trees and waterfall to relax or enjoy your morning coffee. Very walkable safe area with stores, restaurants, bars and grocery store one block down. Fifteen minute walk to Sunset Strip and 15 minute drive to Hollywood Blvd. Minimum one month rental.
