The location sits on a quiet street with a private driveway, offers easy access to highways, the light rail and two parks within walking distance. This neighborhood is slowly flipping from older housing to newly built houses with a gas station coming soon on the corner. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, with some newly moved in neighbors that walk their dogs often to the nearby parks.
