The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Gather around the kitchen bar with seating for 4 and enjoy culinary creations in the heart of your home away from home.

The Serenity building is brand new, offering modern amenities and a sense of sophistication. One of its highlights is the rooftop pool, where you can cool off and soak up the sun while enjoying breathtaking mountain views. In addition, guests have the added convenience of a BBQ for their use, while the presence of an elevator ensures easy and hassle-free access to the condo, enhancing the overall experience of your stay.

Other things to note
NOTE: There is an ongoing construction project behind this building, which may cause disturbance and dust during working hours. Please note that this condo is nestled in the heart of the Romantic Zone and some regular street noise may be present.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
