cozy property in quiet neighborhood

Nice house with a cozy feel. Just the right size for 6-7 people. Good sitting areas and very nice little fenced in back yard with pool, patio with awning, and pergola for additional outdoor seating. Recommended.

The property was very clean and in a nice area. The pool was well maintained and lovely. Beds and bedding were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the large indoor dining table and outdoor table for meals and boardgames with our group of 6. The canal provided interesting viewing of fish, birds and of course, iguanas. The house is located in an area with easy access to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Be sure to check out Giovanni's if you like Italian food - it was amazing. Interaction with the host was minimal in the perfect way. We had speedy answers to a few questions we had, a lovely welcome gift, a message checking in with us after our first night, and complete uninterrupted privacy otherwise.Highly recommend this host and property and definitely would return!
