The cozy Mermaid Manor is located close to area beaches and all area attractions

The Mermaid Manor is nice and cozy and will be your favorite place to stay over and over again. Located close to the beautiful beaches on the Crystal Coast and all of the area attractions. The public beach ramp is just across the street so bring your boat or book a water taxi to explore the islands! Favorite restaurants, night life and shopping is all within close proximity. The Mermaid Manor has everything you need for a wonderful vacation!
Please note Hwy 70/ Arendell Street is located directly behind this cottage so when you are in the back yard, you will hear cars going by. There is a fence diividing home from road. There is also a hospital nearby, so you may see a helicopter picking up a patient occassionally. This has not been an issue for anyone but we do like to make everyone aware prior to their stay. Thank you!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put AC on 75. Put one key back in lock box and additional keys on table. There is a 25.00 fee charged to guests for any missing keys.
Do not strip beds. Housekeeping will do that. Place dirty towels in bathroom.
Wash and put dishes away. Remove all trash to outside bin. PLEASE make sure the glass door is latched when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay at this beach house! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We are locals and love the area. We enjoy being active so this is the ideal place to live. We enjoy boating, fishing and the ocean. Living here allows us to do all the things we love! Sharing our cottage is a way for us to let others experience all that this area has to offer and our cottage is set up so that each guest has everything they need for a wonderful time.

This is a family friendly neighborhood. The location of the cottage is easy access to anywhere you want to go and is close to all the area attractions, great restaurants and shopping!

What makes this property unique

Our cottage is is centrally located to the area beaches on the crystal coast. Just a five minute drive to Atlantic Beach and you can be in Emerald Isle 20 minutes! If you want to bring your boat or kayak, you can! No HOA with rules! And, there is a public boat ramp just across the street~!
