Great, quiet, peaceful cabin. This is a very nicely appointed cabin with plenty of room for a large family or group. It's very quiet. The location is quite close to the National Park and is an easy drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I would not hesitate to stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at this unique and cozy cabin in the woods! Tucked away off the main road, surrounded by trees, and less than 15 minutes from the entrance to Lassen Volcanic National Park, the location was perfect for our trip. The cabin has a great rustic yet modern feel, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into the design and renovation of the original cabin. It had all the comforts of home, and everything throughout the house was functional, comfortable, and well maintained. We stayed with four adults and three kids and had plenty of space for everyone. After long days of hiking and exploring Lassen, it was such an awesome place to come back to, relax, and spend time together. The kids especially enjoyed all the games, toys, and outdoor spaces. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay.We highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting Lassen and would absolutely stay here again!
Tony was super helpful and easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. Couldn’t ask for a better host. The cabin was beautiful, the location was excellent, and our weather was perfect. Only reason for four stars on the description is that we were all just a little disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub, since the house overview had it marked, but on reading the description more carefully, we saw they were just referring to the bath tub downstairs.
It's our second stay at this cabin. It's a great location for visiting nearby Lassen, a quite community, with wildlife and plenty of room inside where the host seems to have thought about just about everything. There is a rustic restaurant/bar just down the road with super nice staff and really excellent food, not the least of which are great steaks and ribs in the evening. (Frankly, their food and prices were better than those at an upscale resort further away).
