This 2BD/2BR apartment (1 king, 3 twins) has a SmartTV, washer and, full kitchen and a nice private terrace just off the living room. You can enjoy the beautiful pool in the courtyard.

Very central, close to 5th (literally 2 mins walking distance), restaurants, grocery store and fresh markets! Amazing location!

This 2BR condo is very centrally located, easy to walk everywhere. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and full closet. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds, with its private bathroom too: ideal if you have children! There is a washing machine, fully outfitted kitchen and a nice pool in the courtyard. Private and secure, this unit is only a 2 blocks away from the beach and famous 5th ave!

Located on 15 Ave. and between Calle 14 bis and 16, this unit is only 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the famous 5th ave, a block from the market and grocery store and very centrally located.

For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 5 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. ***

MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity (to take advantage of our "discounted monthly" pricing (the price that shows when you choose more than 28 nights). 5 pesos per kw.
