Sleeping arrangements
The condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom offers two full beds. A dedicated bunk area provides twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for younger guests or friends. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and snacks, whether you’re fueling up for a day at the beach or enjoying a quiet dinner in. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cooking basics and dishes. Gather around the dining area or take your meal to the living space, where you can enjoy views of the Gulf and pool deck.

Cleanliness & comfort
Your comfort and peace of mind are top priorities. Freshly laundered bed linens, including sheets and coverlets, are provided before every arrival as part of the Clean Coverlet Program. Essentials such as shampoo, hair dryer, hangers, and iron are also included.

Important notes
Please be aware that the balcony will be unavailable from October 31, 2025, through January 28, 2026, due to maintenance. There is an additional fee of $90 plus tax due upon arrival to the resort for parking passes and wristbands (not included in your booking total). Two parking passes are allotted per stay.
