Safe & Conveniently Located Private Home with Office
Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This home features a beautiful view of the Mojave River Valley while still maintaining easy access to city amenities. This home has a no smoking policy inside or within the property. There are 2 completely independent homes on this property. We live in one of them and are offering the other to you! Your one car garage and our two car garage separate the two homes, so there are no shared walls. 2 bed, 2 bath +Office w/ sofa bed. You have private access to the entire guest home, single car garage, privacy fenced backyard with BBQ and outdoor seating, and parking access located on the concrete pad by the olive tree.

My husband and I have grown up in the High Desert in California and are very passionate about this location and all of it's benefits! I am a local high school teacher and my husband, Carter, is a Mechanical Engineer for a local aerospace engineering company. We love to travel and have had wonderful experiences with long, short and mid-term rentals. With that experience, we want to extend our hospitality to those looking for a safe and well maintained property that we take pride in.
