Immaculate Stay – Exceeded Expectations

We had a fantastic stay at Rosa's home! The home was spotless upon arrival and equipped with everything as promised in the listing. It actually looks even better in person than in the photos. Rosa’s attention to detail made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking with her, and I’m definitely planning on coming back!"

Family First

Extended family gathered in Hesperia to honor the passing of a loved one. This property provided the space, beds plus games/fun for all of us to be comfortable while we shared memories following a celebration of life. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook for the group while the game room upstairs generated laughter that filled the house! Thank you for a GREAT location.

Wedding weekend

Beautiful house. Property owner was easy to reach and responded quickly. Kitchen was well equipped. We were just sorry we were too old for all the games in the game room. Perfect for a young family! The only issue we had was with the two mattresses. They weren't very comfortable. Other than that, property was perfect.

Relaxing getaway

Property is in a friendly neighborhood, very clean and overall anytime we needed assistance the host was very responsive in a timely manner. Definitely felt like home away from home. We look forward to coming again and staying here next time we visit.

Wonderful stay. This is a beautiful home with kid freindly activities. So much space i only wish it was my own home. Everything is very clean. We will stay again if given the opertunity.

Very close to food and interstate, nice neighborhood

House was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable, neighbors were a bit loud at night, but kids slept fine. It was nice to have all the available ammenities/ appliances.

BEAUTIFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This home was amazing. Very welcoming, inviting, peaceful and spacious. Nice neighborhood and looks to be very safe. We didn't take any kids but there were plenty of games for the family inside and outside. The decorations were beautiful throughout. Plenty of restaurants close by if you don't want to cook. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

Convenient Loacation

Everything was good! The only thing was the very loud neighbors to the south however it was a holiday weekend so it didn’t impact us as far as having to work the next day but perhaps she could keep tabs on that for future guests.

Spacious and comfortable

First impressions- outside: The neighborhood looked to be well taken care of and felt safe as well as homey. The inside: is spacious and neat. The home is definitely welcoming. Lots of different spaces for a family. Kitchen is large and roomy. A bathroom and nice sized downstairs bedroom with Tv. Upstairs- a large loft/playroom. Loved the ping pong table (sister and I tried to relive our teenage years..it hurt). Large Master and two smaller rooms and 3rd large bathroom. At bed time the 3 smaller bedrooms tend to be a bit warm, even with the AC running. For cleanliness(97/100)- just some dust on the set dining table and behind the couch upstairs (found during a ping pong ball search). But we are in a desert. All in all, way cleaner and nicer then a lot of hotels and other Vrbos I’ve stayed at. It was a nice couple days stay. Thank you.

Clean friendly and safe neighborhood! Check in to check out our stay was great. Rosa is very easy to communicate with and her property is otstanding. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and inviting. The amenities are excellent. Plenty of parking on and around the house and the little inside touches are exceptional. Will book again. .
