Absolutely — here’s a more natural, human version:⸻We had such a great stay at Jim and Megan’s place in Lake Arrowhead. From the beginning, they were super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond, which made everything smooth and stress-free.The house was exactly as described — no surprises, just a really clean, well-kept space with awesome amenities. The beds were comfortable and nicely made, and you can tell they really care about the details. It felt welcoming right away.I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Lake Arrowhead. We’d happily come back again!

We love this place. This is our second time staying here. The place is well kept, the beds are comfy, we love the cold/hot plunge tubs and sauna, our kids love the game room, and its conveniently close to some nice trails near arrowhead.

The house is so cozy and comfortable. Teens and young adults loved the game room and we enjoyed the view of the deck from the living room. We didn’t get to enjoy outside because of the rain but we played so many games and connected that it didn’t matter. Planning another trip during warming season.

We loved soaking in the outdoor tubs, the sauna was really nice, the kids had fun in the game room, the hosts provided everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen as well as outside to bbq. Beautiful property close to everything

A beautiful property that made us all feel like we were staying in a hotel! Super clean, everything is easy to find, and of course, the game room is a hit with the whole family. We even learned how to play shuffleboard! The wall Connect 4 was really fun too. The beautiful views made morning coffees so peaceful, and the location made Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory easy to get to. Hope to return soon!

The place was easy to find, we had enough parking for our two cars and enjoyed the multilevel cabin. It is well maintained and has a lot of things to keep you entertained- bbq islands galore, fire pits, infrared sauna and the outside tubs than can be turned into cold plunge stations with a medium bowl of ice from the fridge. I was only surprised by how much traffic you can hear from the backyard since it’s about 70-80 feet from the Grass Valley road that connects to the 189 highway. The neighborhood is super quiet and private. I drove into the Lake Arrowhead Village which was a very short drive. But overall, it is a nice cabin and cared for by the owners.

We love being on a quiet culdasac and having no neighbors or homes directly across from us when enjoying being outside on the deck. We love all the towering pines surrounding the deck.

What makes this property unique

This property was completely remodeled in 2019. The entire interior is nearly brand new, with upgraded stainless steel appliances, brand new carpeting, new flooring, and decorated with tastefully rustic and modern new furniture.
