We loved the property, it was very clean and pleasant. We were very comfortable on one floor and our daughter and family enjoyed the other floor. The neighborhood was extremely quiet at all hours and we were close to the lake and a quick drive to the Village. We would gladly stay here again!

This property is impeccable and even better than it looks in the listing. All of the furnishings are surprisingly high end for a vacation home and we found the hosts and the management company to be very easy to work with.

This is my 3rd stay at this beautiful property. Nice, quiet neighborhood and excellent parking which is a bonus in Lake Arrowhead. Home is comfortable and roomy, is nicely updated and beautifully furnished. I will definately be back!

Nice stay!

The house is cute, and in a great location. Liked having lake rights. AC could have worked better, and the primary bedroom mattress and pillows were a bit uncomfortable

The home was absolutely Lovely and beautiful inside...exactly what was shown in the ad. The front deck was very nice...exactly as shown in the ad. I would be happy to stay there again and the parking was perfect for my husband with Macular.My issue was with the entire back patio furniture & total area conditions. It was in total disrepair based on the pictures in the VRBO ad. I did contact the lady that sent me the the check-in info & sent her quite a few pictures. It was not at all clean, the large cement floor pieces were badly and dangerously broken & the joining 1-2" wood pieces were broken or missing. The furniture was in bad disrepair, the BBQ was absolutely filthy (we bought cleaner and cleaned a lot of it before even putting food on it...even then only 1 burner of the 4 built in would light after multiple trys.) the house walls behind & beside the BBQ were covered in brown filthy drainage and stains Very Embarrassing for family and company!!If conditions are improved I would be Happy to rent again next year but not as it is That beautiful home and owner deserve better Maintenance than it is getting.

Great House

This was my 3rd stay at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. Ample parking for our two cars, which is a nice feature in Lake Arrowhead. The house is very comfortable, roomy, and very nicely furnished. Outdoor spaces are grear.
