Escape to Nature at Pet-Friendly 2BR Lake Arrowhead Cottage w/ Trails, WiFi & AC

This charming cottage in Lake Arrowhead is a peaceful retreat for guests looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. With 2 cozy bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds—plus a spacious living room featuring additional queen bed pull-out, there’s plenty of space for a small group or family.

Step outside and explore nearby nature trails, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and bring your pets along—they’re welcome too! Whether you're hiking, lounging, or simply soaking in the serene surroundings, you’ll fall in love with the magic of Lake Arrowhead. The driveway is steep but to be expected in a mountain region area. Guests can park on the street below we have cones to place in front and behind for safety. There are stairs leading up to the deck to enter the home. Those that cannot go up steep stairs or steepmountain driveways should not rent the home. We do provide a wagon on the first floor deck to bring items up from the street if necessary. We have seen bears and coyotes at our home. Please ensure if you go out at night time that you keep your dogs on a leash to have them protected from the wild animals.

Everything about this place was perfect for a getaway to the mountains with your family and pets. The views were beautiful and the cabin was absolutely adorable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. There's even a small air fryer! It has a large table to eat at with the fam and multiple areas to hang and watch TV. Our 9yo loved the giant bean bag in the upstairs area. I would definitely come back and enjoy another weekend here. Thanks for sharing your mountain retreat.

The house was perfect for a first trip to Lake Arrowhead with a dog. It was a quick drive to the village where we spent our evenings enjoying the summer concerts. The kitchen was well stocked and the tv sitting areas were comfy. Dawn was very responsive to all my inquiries. Highly recommend !

Mountain getaway

From booking online to checking out, Dawn was super helpful with any questions we had. This home had EVERYTHING we needed! Kitchen had every utensil, pan, etc. Coffee pod coffee maker with a large assortment of different coffee flavors. There was also all kinds of spices in the cabinets and condiments in the fridge. Two TV lounge areas totally comfy and a TV in the master bedroom. We sat on the 1st floor patio each night with the fire pit on. Very relaxing listening to the wind in the trees. Dog friendly was a must for us and this home was that. Dogs loved seeing all the squirrels! We are looking forward to our next trip!

We chose the home in the mountain so we could get a getaway to be in nature. We have beautiful tall pine trees, and all that the mountain area has to offer in beauty and nature.

What makes this property unique

We are in an excellent location next to both Lake Gregory and Lake arrowhead for family fun!
