10/10 everything was expected and super easy to follow with instructions posted for guide. Host was super friendly and helpful. Such a clean and beautiful place. Amazing place amazing stay.
Clean apartment, easy to get to, easy to check in and gracious host! We rented a car, so not sure the ease of finding transportation. Free on street parking - we never had to park too far away. We very much enjoyed our time there!
Perfect location and amazing stay!We stayed here for a concert weekend and walked absolutely everywhere—to Pat's and Geno's, the Italian Market, South Street, and the ferry. We lucked out with parking, so we just left our car and explored on foot. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The absolute highlight was the private rooftop deck, which offered a quiet retreat with stunning Center City views.Check-in instructions were simple and easy to follow, and the host’s communication was excellent. Highly recommend!
This is a nice, clean, comfortable, and affordable space adequate for our needs (2 adults and 1 child). The rooftop deck is a nice feature. The host is friendly and responded quickly to my messages. It's located in a decent neighborhood close to public transit. We met some kind shopkeepers during our stay. Parking isn't the best, but that's expected in any big city. I would recommend this unit and plan to stay there again if its available next time I'm in Philly. My kid's review- "It was awesome."
Came in town for a festival. Loved the apartment! Check-in was easy. Very clean and has most essential needs. Parking isn’t the easiest, but the host outlines everything well so we were able to find free parking and just ride shared for the weekend. Paris Baguette is right next door, so it’s easy to grab breakfast and coffee. I do not recommend this place for small children. Not enough space for all the essentials.
Phil was an amazing host! The property was beautiful and we were able to walk to historical downtown Philadelphia every day. It was clean and as described! Thank you, Phil for being so responsive on a read correspondence. Looking forward to staying at this property again!

My friends and I stayed here during a stop on our road trip and it was perfect. A great location very close to some great restaurants and tourist spots. The host gave us great and clear instructions and was very communicative! The view from the rooftop was so pretty and a great place to hangout.

Being on the top floor made it especially quiet, and the apartment had plenty of natural light with great views of the city. The location was perfect—within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and everything we wanted to explore in Philadelphia. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Parking was challenging but that’s part of city life. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from booking through checkout. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay and provided great local recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Philadelphia.
