From the beginning the staff was very courteous and. Instrumental in getting us to the address. Following up making sure we were situated. Apartment was spotless and extremely pleased with its location close to stores, amenities and ski resort. Absolutely recommend it.

Great location & communication

This was perfect for having a place to sleep and eat while spending time out on the slopes. It was an easy walk both to the village as well as the lifts - either up the hill or down, depending on your preference. The owners / managers were incredibly helpful and responsive and the place was in great shape. The place is laid out well for being a 1br/1bath, the four of us fit easily, though the day bed would sleep two smaller children easier than two adults or taller teens. We'd definitely rent this place again!

Safety alert.... there is no lock on the inside once you are securely in the unit for the night. With a combination lock on the main door, anyone with the code can enter. Also, someone came in while I was away enjoying a nice hike. They used my blow dryer. When I contact Suite Spot, they did not seem concerned. I even felt like I had just woken them up. I voiced my concern over this breech of safety. No one has gotten back to me. Also, the TV remote was not like the picture shown. I could not get the television to work... and Canada was playing in FIFA. I emailed the host but to no avail. No one got back to me. I was disappointed by the lack of response from Suite Spot and or the host.

Il faudrait un rideau de douche plus long pour diminuer les dégâts d’eau dans la salle de bain. Il serait aussi apprécié d’avoir des débarbouillettes ainsi qu’un linge à vaisselle à notre disposition. Sinon, tout était très bien, merci!
