This exclusive villa, built in 2020, is located in the southwest of Cape Coral on a spacious plot of 15069 sqft. Framed by palm and mahogany trees, this villa impresses with its modern design in turquoise and white, combined with wooden elements and high-quality furniture - a harmonious concept that creates an oasis of well-being for the senses and offers a retreat to relax. As soon as you enter the villa, you are immediately greeted by the high ceilings, inviting couch area overlooking the pool and an impressive 87-inch Smart TV. It gives you the feeling of finally arriving home after your flight. The living room is equipped with a Playstation, a receiver, a sound bar and board games - an experience for you and your family to start a perfect vacation. The generously designed open kitchen impresses with modern equipment. It has a spacious American refrigerator, a fully automatic coffee machine, a toaster, a sandwich maker and a pancake maker - everything is state-of-the-art and of first-class quality, so you won't miss anything.

The master bedroom impresses with a king size bed and offers a fantastic view of the pool. A 67-inch Smart TV invites you to spend relaxing evenings. The attached bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and a shower flooded with natural light makes waking up in the morning a real wellness experience. The bathrooms are spacious and comfortably furnished with fluffy towels. The 2 other bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and also invite you to relax. One of the rooms offers a direct view of the pool, the other has attractive direct access to the garage with fitness equipment and other amenities. Both rooms are connected by a "Jack & Jill bathroom" and have their own sinks as well as a shared shower and toilet. A third bathroom serves as a guest toilet. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, dressers and Smart TVs. In addition, the villa offers a versatile den room that can be used as an office or reading room.

The outdoor area is spacious, with comfortable seating and 2 TVs, pool speakers and pool toys, so you can experience pure Florida feeling. The electrically heated pool gives our guests a feeling of wellness and an exclusive outdoor kitchen with gas grill is available for a cozy barbecue evening. The covered seating area is ideal for convivial barbecue evenings. The entire pool and lanai area is surrounded by a pool screen. Enjoy a cool drink on the terrace overlooking the wide canal.

A perfect fitness center awaits you in the garage with a treadmill, rowing machine, power plate, punching bag, weight bench, free weights and a fan. To sweeten your vacation, 2 kayaks, a ping pong table, 4 bicycles, scooters, skateboards, a basketball hoop, a foosball table, fishing equipment, beach equipment and much more are available. We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.
