VILLA COSMOPOLITAN is located in the southwest of Cape Coral on a quiet neighborhood street. As the name suggests, this villa embodies a cosmopolitan flair and inspires its guests to stay relaxed.
With its ideal location, you can reach the nearby shopping center with all major shops (groceries, drugstore, hairdresser, Mc Donald's, take-aways etc.) in just 1 minute. The Chiquita Boulevard / Cape Coral Parkway traffic axis is on your doorstep, from where you can easily reach the entire city.
If you want to explore the surrounding area by water, you can go on a discovery tour from the direct access to the canal and immerse yourself in nature and wildlife.

LIVING ROOM
The living room with its open and airy touch invites you to linger. Equipped with a 85" TV high definition and internet access, the villa is also equipped with free WiFi high speed internet and telephone (free local calls). Air conditioning and fans allow a pleasant room temperature depending on the season.

KITCHEN
The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped and offers enough space. All necessary devices such as an oven, microwave, cooker (embedded in the worktop), dishwasher etc. make everyday life easier.

MASTER BEDROOM & MASTER BATHROOM
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a spacious chest of drawers and comfortable armchairs and is equipped with a 47" television with Internet access.
From the master bedroom you have direct access to the master bathroom, which is luxuriously equipped. "You" as well as "He" have their own area. It also has a bathtub, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. A walk-in closet gives you enough space for your personal belongings.

BEDROOMS 2/3/4 & BATHROOMS
All three rooms have their own bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. All 3 rooms have fitted wardrobes, chests of drawers and a 32 "smart TV.
BEDROOM 2 has direct access to the pool and is furnished with a king-size bed. The associated bathroom also has direct pool access.
BEDROOM 3 & 4 are each equipped with a queen-size bed.

LANAI & POOL
The covered, spacious seating area with a table for 8 people and an OUTDOOR KITCHEN with integrated BBQ grill (4-burner), extractor hood and sink invites you to use the outdoor area. The entire pool area is covered with a "screen" (grid). A mosquito misting system (anti-mosquito spray system) also protects you from insects and small animals.
A 42 "television with Internet access also provides entertainment tailored to your needs! The pool and the separate spa (jacuzzi) can be heated and allow a swim in any weather. So that you can enjoy the sun to the fullest, deckchairs with cushions are available.

loundry
A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room, which connect the living area and the garage. The ironing board with iron is not missing either, because despite holidays, you never know!

Villa Cosmopolitan Stay

This property is the bomb! It is absolutely beautiful and came with a lot of amenities. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living space...the pool and hot tub. We were a party of six and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay in this property again! EXCELLENT!!!!

The house is exactly as listed and more. We had a great time staying here. This home contains everything you could need while vacationing in southwestern Florida. Paradise in the sunshine state

Our stay at the Villa Cosmopolitan is one that we will remember for the rest of our lives. The sunsets were stunning and the house is very stunning as well. We were close to shopping and restaurants and about anything you would want to do. The lanai was one of my favorite places to entertain with the pool, hot tub, out door grill, and television you could just relax and enjoy life. In my opinion the Villa Cosmopolitan is second to none and we will be returning next year for another vacation. Thank you for letting us make your home our home.

Amazing Vacation

This was by far the best place that we have ever rented. Not only was the house immaculate the amenities we abundant. We did not want for anything. We used the pool and hot tub every day. Such a quiet neighborhood. The management company was so easy to work with and so very nice. We certainly hope to rent this beautiful house again next year. I would highly recommend this house to anyone I know. You will not be disappointed.

Girls Trip

This was our second visit and I can't say enough about this home. The house is very clean and so close to everything. It is equipped with everything you need and then some. We were happy to have the shower chair for my mom to use in the shower. So many extra touches. God willing we hope to be back again next year. Better than advertised

We expected this to be a really nice property when we reserved it. When we got here, not only was the property manager extremely professional, but the property was much nicer than advertised. They seem to have thought of everything. Not only were the furnishings beautiful, but there were so many nice touches like cold beer and soda in the fridge upon arrival and kitchen fully stocked with seasonings, coffee, and other necessities we hadn’t considered. We highly recommend this Villa and property manager.

Exceptional Family get Away!!!

Absolutely the best experience yet! We have had many wonderful experiences with VRBO but this was exceptional. The home and amenities were exceptional! Wonderful value with top notch service. Beatrice’s and Freddy’s primp responses and prompt response from Talisa and her spouse were top notch! Home is very well maintained and so many amenities! Supplying a crip and high chair was hard to find but no problem at this location. So many touches made this the perfect home for our trip!

The house is absolutely beautiful and the property managers were extremely nice and helpful.

The house was better then pictured. The view of the canal while you are sitting at the pool was just so calming. Very quiet neighborhood and no traffic. We enjoyed waking up and having our coffee by the pool every morning. The house was really clean and they had some groceries there for your use. We didn't use any , but it was still nice that it was there just in case you forgot to get anything. The check in and out was simple and quick. We will definitely stay here again if it is available. We all completely enjoyed ourselves.

As great as it looks!

We had a hard time believing all the great reviews and photos when we first booked this house, but as soon as we walked in we realized they are all true! Great communication both with booking, check in/out, but also questions prior to booking. Everything is there, bikes, dishware, cookware, beach and pool items and more towels than you could ever use! Really hate to say how great it is as more people will want to book it and we'll have a hard time finding open dates to go back. We're already looking so we can go back as soon as possible. Beautiful, Clean Home!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful Cape Coral home. We have stayed in many rental homes and this was one of our favorites. This house had all the amenities needed with all of the comforts of home, including many extras such as an abundance of towels, bedding, etc. Garage door opener included for ease of access during our stay. All bedrooms have a private bath with smart TVs in each room. Pool was very nice and clean, deepest end being 5 feet deep with an attached hot tub. Close to numerous beaches, restaurants, and stores. Talisa, the property manager, was very helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend this property! Thank you Beatrice and Freddy for your kindness and hospitality!

Perfect Location

This house was perfect for our family vacation during COVID. It was well laid out and gave us space to spread out since we’ve been stuck together for so long. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in. The BBQ on the lanai was great and we enjoyed many meals there as well. The pool and seating areas had plenty of space for all and there are enough lounge chairs for everyone to catch the sun. It was fun to watch the geckos wonder about and we did find an occasional small frog we would rescue and put outside the pool netting. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and the house is situated close to all the stores and a few restaurants. Overall it’s a great location and a great house to enjoy some downtime.

I can not say enough about this home! By far one of the very best we have rented! A little farther from beaches than our normal but for the luxury this home offered it was worth the drive for the beach. They have truly thought of everything to make you feel at home, all of the little extras were so appreciated! Check in and check out was great, I really like that the property manager did a walk through with us! The beds were very comfortable and so many towels! Every kitchen utensil or appliance you could want is available, although we used very few. Thank you for opening your beautiful home for others to enjoy! We had an amazing week and made numerous memories with our family of 6!

Gorgeous Home!

Dear Béatrice & Freddy, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could want to cook - even down to a garlic press! We spent every evening sitting out on the patio and didn't have to worry about bugs or even noise as the canal was so quiet! We did have a little trouble figuring out the pool/spa heat but Talisa and her husband were very helpful. The home is located in a great area and is within walking distance to a grocery store, liquor store, drug store and several restaurants too! We even had a great visit from a very handsome Owl! We most definitely would stay here again! Thanks for everything! (Stayed Nov 2018 for 10 days) Cheri
