“Villa Alica” with its 4 bedroom (3 King and two twin bes), 3 bath plus den has a total living area of 2,680 ft² and is located in a quiet residential area but nevertheless central in the heart of SW Cape Coral on a 10,000 ft² lot next to a canal. The exact address is 4540 SW 17th Ave. Cape Coral.
The house is very modern furnished and has all amenities you need! There are tiles all over the house. The pool with its size of 34 x 15 feet has a beach zone with a fountain and is electrically heatable, same as the close-by spa with its air-blowers, water jets and its hot-tub function. Both units are equipped with underwater spots. The spacious patio with its western exposure offers lots of space, 7 sun loungers for sun-worshipper as well as a lounge corner, an outdoor kitchen with bar, built in “Napoleon” Barbeque-Grill, fume hood, fridge and sink.
At the canal with gulf access you find a huge boat dock with a Tiki Hut and Kayak dock.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Three of the bedroom have a kingsize bed and one has two twin beds. There is an separate room/office with sleeper sofa (serving as bed no. 9 and 10. The 11th bed is the sleeper-sofa in the master besdroom). The fully equipped kitchen contains microwave oven, dish washer, fridge with icemaker and -crusher, range with ceran plates and oven, etc. and ample dishes, glassware, and cutlery. In the three-car garage you will find bikes, fishing poles and a kayak to use for free. We also offer High Speed Internet (WiFi), books, games, DVD`sand CD´s and of course ample towels, bedlinne and beach towels.
The next shops (Publix) and restaurants (Lobster Lady and Steakhouse Prime 239) are only 500 yards away as well as Dunkin´Donuts, Mc Donals and Burger King.
The nearest beach, Cape Coral Beach, is a 5 minute drive away.
You reach the extensive sandy beaches of Sanibel and Captiva after about 20 miles.
If you´re thinking of renting a boat: There are many boat rental companies in Cape Coral where you can rent a huge variety of boats. You can moore your rented boat at our boatdock at "Villa Alica" for free. On request most boat rental companies deliver the boat to your vacation home. Since "Villa Alica" is located at a saltwater canal you can take your boat directly from the boat dock to the open sea (Gulf of Mexico).

Calm, clean, and beautiful!

We stay at VRBOs every year for our family vacations. This was one of the cleanest, most beautiful ones we have stayed at. I am a tad OCD when it comes to cleanliness and I felt very comfortable in this home. The pool looking onto the canal is so peaceful. The house is near several grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Short drive to Sanibel and Captiva Island. We hope to return to this VRBO soon!

Family Stay

This house was perfect for us! We had an infant and 7 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us- Just minutes away from a wonderful restaurant and ice cream! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub feature and kayak! Anya was quick to respond and fix any issues. Thank you for everything, we’d love to return to Cape Coral!

This house was everything we were looking for and more! It was clean, spacious, and the pool and patio area were amazing! The community is quiet and relaxing. We loved that the house was close to Publix and to restaurants. Anya, the property manager, was personable and helpful. We have nothing but a five star rating for this property! Beautiful house, great location, and actually nicer than the pictures dictate.

Communication with the owner was excellent from the beginning. Upon arrival everything went smoothly. Met with property manager and she went over everything about the house. A Beautiful House In Cape Coral

We stayed at Villa Alica for five days in January 2018. We loved the house, which is beautiful. We had six people and were very comfortable with lots of room. The house is arranged around the back, towards the canal. The canal was nicer than we expected, we spent a good amount of time sitting out on the dock when we weren't sitting by the pool. The neighborhood was also better than we expected, with good restaurants and a Publix grocery store a short walk away.

Splendor in Paradise

Villa Alicia has everything that you can want in a vacation home. The slique modern look of the newly constructed home was exquisite. Every amenity was provided in a well stocked kitchen. The layout was ideal for us and our friends and family who visited during our stay. The pool area and lanai were well appreciated especially by us and our grandkids with the wet deck being an enticing feature. We enjoyed watching the mullet fish jump in the Canal, daily visits by the ducks, and even an appearance by Iggy the Iguana! Beach days were easy with all the necessary items such as chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and even a pop-up tent for our grandson, were well appreciated. Villa Alicia even provided a kayak and bicycles with helmets. Our master bedroom provided a comfy mattress, loveseat, dressers, and walk in closet. The master bath contained two sinks, a huge soaking tub, and massive tiled shower for our convenience. The three other bedrooms were also well appointed and all bedrooms had bathrobes to use as well as bath and beach towels provided. The only issue we had was the non-working ice maker but the repairman came out twice to try to resolve the issue. The owners gave us credit for the ice we had to purchase and even a gift certificate for ribs at a local restaurant for our inconvenience. The newly hired Property Manager, Anja was wonderful and welcoming. She immediately responded to any concerns we had. Our only regret was that we could not rent Villa Alicia for next year since it has already been rented. In the US we are usually provided First Refusal when we rent a place. But we have found that is not the case here so we had to find another place for next year. We do hope to be able to return another time and would highly recommend beauteous Villa Alicia.

Our family had a great time at this property over the 2024 Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very clean, well supplied (towels, kitchen supplies, etc.) and is in a great location with easy access to stores, restaurants, roadways, etc. All the TVs, appliances, pool, hot tub, washer/dryer, etc. worked propoerly - no technical problems. Communications with the property owners was easy and they were very responsive, as we the local property manager. We would definitely consider staying at this house again the next time we are in the area.

Family Vacation

The house set up was great for family. There is a bathroom access from outside so that the wet kids did have to travel through the house to use the bathroom. It is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Cape Coral Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. Villa Alica was a dream. It was fully equip with everything you will need in a home. The home had a resort feel while being a private oasis. The location and views of the canals were picture perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants. You do need a car as this home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hosts and property managers were wonderful and were always available if you needed them. We could not have asked for a better vacation. We are back home a few days and I already miss the beautiful pool. We will be back. C.Leone

Very nice home and pool

This is a modern, clean and generously sized property on a canal with a beautiful pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not able to keep the pool warm enough during our stay to really be able to use it. The home is generously equipped with beach, kitchen and pool accessories! The location is very quiet and close to grocery stores and some restaurants (don't miss the Italian bakery nearby). However, it felt like a 20-30 minute drive to beaches and other sites we wanted to see. The Property manager was excellent! The property instructions were very intimidating and host contacts were cordial at best.

Great Vacation!!

Villa Alica is a beautiful home in a great location!! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare dinners at home and the home is just so modern but so cozy at the same time. The kids loved the heated pool and spa and the adults loved just hanging out in the lanai. The canal was beautiful with our friendly little duck visitors daily. There are beach toys, fishing gear, and bicycles for your use. The kids and adults loved it and so will you!!

Perfect family vacation spot

The layout of this home is perfect! It had everything we needed. The property manager was extremely responsive for any questions we had. The pool/spa were a bit chilly and she resolved it pretty quickly. Our family had a wonderful time and hope to book here again. Thank you to the owners for making this beautiful home available.
