This updated ground floor unit has a KING bed and a waterfront location! Covered parking space next to the back door. Small community. Quiet but fun! 10min GORGEOUS stroll to beach. The condo is near Treasure Island’s popular restaurants. Many guests walk to/from the beach and restaurants! This is a place for relaxing, overlooking the breathtaking Intracoastal waterway.

Or take a drive up to Clearwater, or go to museums in St Pete, or head to Busch Gardens! Close to it all!

Good location

Good location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Pool area was nicely kept. Unit needs more lighting, and if you have a large vehicle, be aware that it's a challenge to back out if everyone else is not properly parked!

Nice little condo

Very clean. Parking was a little tight and made it hard to get in the door. But a very nice place. I would rent again.
