About this property

This beautiful house is located on Teter Creek Lake and is best known for its fishing. You will fall in love with the tranquility of the upper and lower sunrooms that directly face the lake. Additionally, the upper and lower living rooms and large dining room table has lake views as well. This house is well equipped for large families and groups.
Also, attached to the lake view house is a large pavilion that has a built in fireplace with plenty of seating. Gorgeous landscaping surrounds you with an additional pavilion 500ft from the house to sit at and enjoy the views. This very private retreat would be a great place for a wedding, church or company picnic or a family reunion. Approximately 15 miles from Parsons WV where you will find groceries, gas stations, restaurants and The Sunrise Coffee Company.
