Just an observation

My stay was okay, but if there’s something that they have to work on it’s to be flexible with the check-in. But overall it was good and quiet perfectly how I wanted it..

I’m confused by your concern about not being flexible with check-in, as we changed your check-in date twice, months apart, as requested. Anyhow, I’m glad we were able to accommodate you with a free upgraded unit.
