Cozy house, with beautiful swimming pool, barbecue, green area with fruit trees (coconut, cashew, siriguela), 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed and 3 of them with an additional single bed, all with ceiling fan, 04 of the 5 rooms, also have air conditioning. It also has 3 internal bathrooms and 3 external, balconies, parking for 5 cars, spring, land with 900 square meters. It is furnished, with all kitchen utensils. The voltage of the electric power is 120 volts.

Obs: It is a family environment, only SOM environment is allowed, which does not disturb the neighborhood.
Small events with a maximum of 50 people are allowed during the day, for a fee of R $ 500.00, plus the daily rate of the event.

Estadia maravilhosa!!!

A estadia foi maravilhosa! O anfitrião super acolhedor, simpático, solícito, nos recebeu com todo carinho e atenção. Imóvel espetacular, tudo muito limpo e organizado, em perfeitas condições de uso. Não tivemos nenhum problema durante a nossa estadia. Super recomendo e quando voltarmos a Salvador nos hospedaremos novamente nesta casa. Superou as nossas expectativas. Férias em família.

Maravilindoooo!!!! Semana de férias com a família do namorado. Casa ampla com piscina deliciosa, cinco quartos, sendo uma suíte . Boa localização, mercados próximos. A casa é ainda melhor que as fotos. Gostamos muito e se Deus quiser retornaremos.

A casa é linda, super aconchegante tudo funciona certinho tem todos os utensílios que uma casa precisa. Não levamos nada! Só roupa, lá tem desde colheres, conchas até ferro de passar roupa. Não tenho nada a reclamar só a agradecer! Não gostei muito da cidade de Salvador mais a casa foi que fez a viagem valer a pena. Minha família ficou super satisfeita e eu também!
