There is a renovation project  happening next of Casa Stamm scheduled to take place until mid May 2026 (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; Saturday 8 am-1 pm, no construction on Sundays).  Kindly note that the rates have already been discounted due to the potential noise/dust disruption during this project.
