We had a great stay, the house is very spacious, well furnished and very clean. Our Host’s communication was great and very helpful throughout our stay. A big plus were all the extra touches like coffee k cups, shower toiletries and great wifi. We were traveling with my family to watch college softball at LSU. The house was close to everything we needed and in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

I can’t begin to say how much we enjoyed our stay. From the moment we had to move out our home temporarily, the property manager was extremely professional and empathetic. The property was clean, cheerfully updated, and the kitchen was accommodating so we felt at home immediately. The beds were so comfortable! The yard was perfectly sized and well contained for our dog. Worth the price and a great respite during a difficult time for our family. We would highly recommend this place and give a great deal of the credit to the property manager, Eduardo. Thank you so much for making a tough time as nice as could be.

We stayed for a week to help our daughter get her apartment ready so she can attend vet school clinicals at LSU.. Everything was just great..house was in a safe neighborhood and spotless…close to LSU..no problems finding great eating establishments…people were so friendly..thank you Eduardo!!!

Property was just like the pictures. Very easy to get to LSU, downtown and shopping. Very peaceful neighborhood. House was well stocked in kitchen and extra bedding. Would definitely visit again.

Large, open living areas

This house would be perfect for family groups. Lots of space to spread out and not get in each other's way. Plenty of desk space for office work. Very functional kitchen with all of the tools you'll need to prepare meals. Nice location with lots of shopping and food nearby.

The Perfect Quiet 3 BR House in Baton Rouge

It is moments (.75-1.5 miles) from restaurants, a grocery store, a gym, gas stations, etc. It is Easy to get to from two major cross streets in BTR. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is spacious and has 3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a washer & dryer, and a complete kitchen. Communications with the property manager were efficient and promptly addressed.

Excellent stay

Our family of 4 adults recently stayed here and had a great stay. The house was as listed in a great neighborhood. It was quiet, easy to find off the main road, and easy to navigate to shopping, food, and LSU. The house is very spacious the way the floor plan is laid out and well kept. We cooked every meal here rather than eating out and had everything we needed to do so. Bathrooms were clean as well as the towels. One thing missing were washcloths. Hand towels were available. Not a huge deal and we just bought our own to use and take home. I did notice upon arrival that quite a few windows were “locked” but able to be opened due to not being closed shut all the way. The windows are the type that open from the top or bottom so I see how it happened. Just something to check on upon arriving. I didn’t report this, just simply closed them and locked them. We did not receive any check out instructions so just made sure we cleaned up well and disposed of the trash. I messaged Eduardo once during the stay with no response (which was fine) and upon leaving, again with no response. No biggie to me but it might be to someone else new to VRBO that needs assistance or directions.Overall, perfect stay and we would book again if we return!!
