About this property

Welcome to "Beachside Dreams." One of 2 units that we have in the desirable condo community "Castle Reef." Located on the NO DRIVE portion of the beach. "Beachside Dreams" is Brand new to us (5/2023.) This lovely unit has had all the furniture and appliances replaced (summer 2023.) The cabinets and bathroom have had a facelift as well. In this unit, you will find all the comforts of home. We pride ourselves on loading up our property to make you feel totally welcome. There are many added amenities for your enjoyment including a complimentary bottle of wine, light breakfast, coffee, & snacks. We even a pac-n-play & baby monitor for your use. In the storage area, there are beach chairs, cooler, and beach paraphernalia (this is a common area and sometimes guests from other units make use of our things.) Be sure to check for them upon check in.) There are a laundry is conveniently located directly across the hall.
There is a kiddie pool, heated large main pool, shuffleboard courts, tennis/pickle ball courts, private locked beach access, bar-b-que area, & club room are all on site. Parking for one vehicle (assigned ONLY during July 4th week.) Just bring your clothes and relax!
Castle reef is located just a couple miles from Flagler Ave & Canal Street. There is a convenient shopping area directly across the street, that has Restaurants, ice cream parlor, nail salon, liquor store, light food shopping, & variety beach store. All you could need within walking distance. Taking a short car ride will get you to many great restaurants, shopping, theater, entertainment, etc. New Smyrna Beach, besides having the most beautiful beaches (IMO) has something to do for everyone locally. Lots of information is included inside the unit. Repeat guest discount & **Monthly rates available upon request.

First time here..didn't disappoint.

Very nice area and property. Clean, modern condo that slept 5 adult women comfortably. Had everything that we needed! The beach was clean and fairly quiet for this time of year. Convenient grocery store, liquor store, breakfast restaurant and Italian/pizzeria right across the street. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed in this condo for a week and had a great time. The location was perfectly located at the quieter section of the beach. The unit had everything we needed for a family of five. Steps to the ocean and the outdoor pool. The host was very attentive and provided all the information needed for us. We would recommend staying here at this great condominium.

Russ and I fell in love with NSB 25 years ago when we purchased a timeshare. Since then, we had talked about purchasing one for us to use for longer stays. In April of 2022 we purchased the first one, "Ocean Dreams." In May of 2023, we purchased " Beachside Dreams." a second unit. Both units are located in the desirable community " Castle Reef." This is not our first hosting experience either. We have owned "Chester River Dreams" for over 10 years. That property is located on the eastern shore in Maryland, our home base. We learned early on what it takes to make our guests feel at home and strive to make improvements as our guest's needs change. We love hearing about what our guests love and what could be improved. Most of our properties are constantly being improved in one way or another. As most people who own a property know, there is always something to do. We generally do most of the work ourselves and only when we are in town. So, that means we squeeze as much into our stay as possible. We always welcome feedback and return guest discounts.

Why they chose this property

We just love the beaches and the Florida weather. There is always something to do. Coming from a small town with only a few choices and shopping being 30-45 minutes away, this is a fun change.

What makes this property unique

We go over and above for our guests, including many extras that are simply too numerous to list. However, to give an example, we include a welcome basket that is loaded up with light breakfast choices, coffee & teas (K-cups too!,) snacks, water, and of course a bottle of wine. All units are stocked with robes, various toiletries, soap, shampoo, & conditioner. All units have a pac-n-play & monitor for the little ones. There are beach chairs, cooler and assorted beach paraphernalia. Fluffy Towels, beach towels, and linens are all provided. There is either a laundry inside the unit, or coin operated units just outside the door. Each of our units get updated/freshened up regularly.
