Relax and unwind in the brand-new infinity-edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi, designed to blend seamlessly into the stunning turquoise horizon. The effect is mesmerizing, making it feel like the pool flows right into the ocean.

The beach in front of the Caribbean Reef is a picture-perfect stretch of white sand interspersed with natural rock formations, creating tide pools teeming with ocean life. The water transitions gently from shallow to deep, making it ideal for swimming, wading, and snorkeling. Several palapas (thatched shade structures) are available for you to enjoy a refreshing drink or a good book by the sea.

Each condo features a bright, open-concept layout with the kitchen, dining, and living areas all facing the water. Step out onto your spacious, oceanfront covered terrace to take in the gentle sea breeze and panoramic views.

The main living area has either a king bed, an single sofa bed, a double sofa bed or Murphy bed to accommodate children or another couple. Additionally, this main living area also features a full bath.


The Oceanfront Master Suite boasts a King-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, offering comfort, privacy, and breathtaking ocean views.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Midweek cleaning service with change of sheets and towels will take place after 7 days of stay. We will be happy to arrange additional cleaning upon request.

On-Island Property Management Team: Our local office is available to assist with any needs during your stay, including after-hours emergencies.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Required Documentation: If the guest does not provide the required documents (copy of credit card in their name, valid ID, and signed rental agreement) within 48 hours of booking, the reservation may be canceled and a 5% processing fee will be withheld.
Cancellations >60 Days Before Check-In: Reservation deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations <60 Days Before Check-In:
If the unit is re-rented, the reservation deposit is forfeited.
If not re-rented, the total rental amount is forfeited.
Non-Refundable Items: Payments for concierge services, amenities, third-party services, and tours are non-refundable.
No Refunds for Early Departures or Shortened Stays: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which protects against unforeseen events like illness or weather-related disruptions.
Maintenance and Repairs: All utilities and amenities are regularly maintained. While we strive to address any issues promptly, temporary lapses in service do not qualify for rental refunds.
Construction Notice: Noise from nearby construction is not grounds for a refund.
