Pets welcome, property is fenced in. Minutes away from Gerfalco and Montieri. A haven for outdoor sports in the surrounding hills and towns. MTB, eMTB, hiking, fishing, rock climbing, MX, Enduro and ADV riders all are welcome. Numerous local activities, museums, archeological sites, art and music. 1 hour to Siena, 1.5 to Pisa and Florence, 40 minutes to beaches of Follonica, 20 minutes to Massa Marittima.
