The country house “Palazzina” is situated in idyllic tranquility on a hill with an adjacent Mediterranean forest and a magnificent view over a wide valley. In this dreamlike atmosphere of Tuscany, we warmly welcome you. If you have any questions, you can contact us in German or Italian. We will be happy to provide you with information about places of interest and excursions and will be on hand with help and advice during your panoramic vacation in Tuscany …
We offer you five vacation apartments in Tuscan style for 1 to 4 persons with a size of approx. 50 m². There is no shared access to the apartments, so you can spend your vacation in complete safety. Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own terrace with comfortable seating and sun loungers. Here you can enjoy a glass of good wine amidst cork oaks, olive trees and cypresses as the sun sets and the crickets chirp and let your gaze wander over the wide valley.
The Girasole (sunflower) apartment is directly adjacent to the main house, the “Palazzina”. In front of the entrance, there is a terrace with a beautiful view. There is a table, chairs, and sun loungers on site. On the first floor there is a living room with a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine ...) and a flat-screen TV. A large wall with exposed brickwork is located in this room. A staircase, covered with golden marble, leads to the upper floor. Here there is a complete bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom. This apartment sleeps a total of four people. Two are in the bedroom and two more are on a cozy sofa bed located in the living room on the first floor. The Girasole apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.
The country house is in an ideal position to reach all the attractions of Tuscany. The Mediterranean Sea is 17 km away, a beautiful natural lake 5 minutes, there are many historic towns, a mountainous region, typical restaurants throughout the region to taste the Italian recipes, thermal baths, leisure and amusement parks and the possibility of practicing many sports activities surrounded by nature.
The historic town of Massa Marittima is 3 km away. It offers many sights, numerous restaurants, two large supermarkets, a weekly market, pharmacies and a hospital.

Panorama-Ferien
Eine tolle Ecke in der Toskana. Zum Meer ca. 17 km, die Stadt Massa Marittima direkt um die Ecke. Schön gelegene Unterkunft auf einem Hügel mit Wald, angenehm ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung die wir bewohnten ist sehr nett eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht, allerdings schlafen im 1.OG ist extrem anstrengend bei der Wärme. Die Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag auf die Wohnung, eine Abkühlung fand durch die kleinen Fenster und dem Ventilator nicht statt. Tagsüber ist ein Aufenthalt dort auch extrem anstrengend, da man die Türen geschlossen halten sollte, da Südseite. Da hilft auch der kleine Sonnenschirm nicht wirklich auf der Terasse. Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig , da direkt ans Haupthaus angebaut. Ansonsten netter Vermieter😃denke hier wäre eine Klimaanlage oder eine Markise sehr angebracht.

Manca qualcosa!
Il posto è bello ma scomodo: serve se non un fuoristrada almeno una macchina "alta". Nei mesi estivi la casa è molto calda anche di notte e non c'è neppure un ventilatore. Arrivati, mancava qualsiasi tipo di detergente e di bevande (di solito abbiamo sempre trovato almeno il caffè e l'acqua).

grazie per la vostra visita e la vostra recensione. Gli appartamenti sono tutti dotati di ventilatori, ci dispiace che durante il vostro soggiorno non ne abbiate avuto uno. Preghiamo sempre i nostri ospiti di comunicarci subito qualsiasi cosa che possa essere integrata anche dopo il check-in. Dal 2024 in tutti gli appartamenti hanno l'aria condizionata in modo da potere stare rilassati durante i periodi più caldi. Venga a "testarla" alla sua prossima visita, ci farebbe molto piacere.

Ein Haus in der Ruhe der Natur mit Fernblick.
Die Wohnung war ausserordentlich sauber und nett eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen genau richtig. Handtuch oder Bettwäschewechsel gibt es nicht, dafür eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Natur pur - das Haus liegt abgelegen und doch ist Massa Marittima mit dem Auto in 10 min zu erreichen. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Der Anfahrtsweg zum Haus ist unbefestigt und für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge schwierig, ansonsten geht das ganz gut. Nicht zuletzt ist der Gastgeber zu erwähnen, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
