"Il Frassino" Farmhouse with Pool & Air Conditioning

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a farmhouse nestled in the Tuscan countryside, just 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast. The apartment is self-contained with central air conditioning and a large private garden in front of the entrance, complete with an outdoor dining table for relaxing.<br>The spaces are spacious, comfortable, and furnished with period pieces. It’s the ideal holiday for a family looking to be surrounded by nature without sacrificing access to the sea and the best tourist amenities.<br>Access is via a separate entrance, elegantly and tastefully furnished. It features a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, there is a large garden with a barbecue and a table for outdoor dining, as well as a swimming pool (5x5) with a gazebo and lounge chairs for relaxing.<br>The property is near the town of Venturina Terme (5 km, 7 min by car), supermarkets (Conad, Penny, Coop), a shopping centre, and an industrial area with all amenities. The centers of Venturina and Campiglia Marittima offer excellent restaurants and sports centers with tennis and padel courts. The Podere has a partnership with the LNI Sailing Group in Follonica for sailing, windsurfing, and wingfoiling, with FIV-certified instructors. The Venturina thermal spa is just a few kilometres away. Golf enthusiasts can reach the Pelagone Golf Resort in about half an hour by car.

Wonderful part of the World to relax...

The discription of the House was exact. It's a wonderful house in the southern part of lovely Tuscany. It's easy to get there, not too much turism around. The friendly familiy lives at the same property, but you have your own private place and enough privacy for the whole time. There is a big nice pool, which you have to share with family only. The house itself has everything what you need to have a good time. If you want, you can ask the owner every question, he has good recommendations for the area and is speaking excellent english. It's a quiet place, which has farming around. There are a couple of great sandy beaches (10 km away) for free, even for small children suitable. You have plenty of discounters within 5-10 km distance, where you will find everything, great italian Restaurants, romantic small Villages near by. We've been to Tuscany to different places as a family for the last 7 years...there is absolutely nothing to complaine about this place. Thank you for having us, we will surely come back, we spent 10 lovely days at this house at the end of July 2022! Carsten, Hamburg, Germany.

es war hier ein toller Urlaub mit schönen Pool. ein schönes altes Haus, toll eingerichtet. uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wenn wir wieder in der Nähe Urlaub machen, dann kommen wir gern zurück an diesen schönen ruhigen Ort.auch ist der Strand ganz in der Nähe, 10-15 min mit dem Auto. Supermärkte und Restaurants gibt's auch genügend. kleine Burgen und sehenswerte Städtchen gibt auch es in der Umgebung. also alles chic für einen schönen Urlaub.
