Schöne Unterkunft, aber schlecht gelegen und spartanisch ausgestattet

Weitläufiges Anwesen mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Schöner Baumbestand, großer und sehr gepflegter Pool, bequeme Sonnenliegen und gute Sonnenschirme. Leider direkt an der Via Aurelia gelegen, daher permanenter heftiger Verkehrslärm. Unsere Ferienwohnung war geräumig, sauber und kühl, leider aber sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Richtig kochen war kaum möglich, da dazu fast alles fehlte. Auch einige explizit im Online-Inserat angegebene Dinge fehlten, z.B. ein Wasserkocher oder "WLAN in der Unterkunft" - für WLAN mussten wir die Wohnung verlassen und bis zum Pool gehen. Ebenso falsch im Online-Inserat sind die Auskünfte, in wie wenigen "Gehminuten" man zum nächsten Restaurant, Bahnhof, Strand etc. laufen könne. Die Wahrheit: Ohne Auto kann man das Anwesenheit nicht verlassen, es gibt auch keinen Fußgänger-Ausgang. Denn zu Fuß gehen ist auf diesem Abschnitt der Via Aurelia lebensgefährlich, wir haben es am ersten Morgen versucht, um einen Bäcker zu erreichen... Letztlich mussten wir zum 2 km entfernten, sehr schönen San Vincenzo leider ebenso mit dem Auto fahren wie zum - ebenso schönen - Strand, zum Supermarkt, zum Bäcker usw.

Gepflegte Anlage

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung. Es war alles da was man braucht. In der Anlage gibt es neben dem Pool zum Zeitvertreib noch eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Kicker. Gute Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Diverse Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Top Tipp

Eine toll gelegenes Anwesen mit einem sehr gepflegten Umfeld und einem sehr großen und modernen Swimmingpool. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto in entspannten 7-10 Min. zu erreichen. Die Lage ist auch sehr reizvoll durch den schnellen Zugang zur traumhaften (kleinen) Stadt San Vincenzo. Es gibt gefühlt kaum deutsche oder deutschsprechende Touristen. Dies gilt auch für die Läden und Restaurants. Englisch ist manchmal Glückssache. ABER genau dies macht den Aufenthalt so authentisch und begeisternd italienisch. Dolce Vita kann man hier überall fühlen und sehen. Unsere Gastgeber-Familie bekommt die besten Noten für die herzliche Freundlichkeit. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Mille Grazie.

Bellissimo, tranquillo e curato

Bellissimo posto in zona tranquilla a 2 km dal centro di S. Vincenzo. Ci sono stato un weekend a settembre con la mia famiglia e siamo stati benissimo, la proprietari e gentilissima e l'appartamento nuovo comodo e ben arredato e con tutti i confort (forno, frigo e aria condizionata) e in più piscina, griglia e un parco con i giochi per i bambini, ci tornerò sicuramente.

un po rumoroso perchè vicino l'Aurelia, l'appartamento consegnatoci non corrispondeva a nessuna foto pubblicata sul sito, i mobili erano vecchi. In bagno arrivava poca acqua e l'acqua per fare la doccia era piuttosto fredda, dal water saliva odore di fogna...

"Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili. Appartamento in bel contesto pieno di verde ideale per famiglie con bambini come la nostra. Casa sufficientemente attrezzata con alcune piccole carenze in cucina e nella zona bagno. Si sentono un po'' i rumori stradali se si lasciano le finestre aperte. Comunque abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza in una zona splendida della Toscana e in un appartamento confortevole."

"Ottima accoglienza in contesto tranquillo e naturale non troppo distante dalle spiagge. Forse un po'' di rumore la notte con finestre aperte per la vicinanza dalla SS Aurelia. Proprietari gentilissimi. ideale per famiglia con bimbi piccoli. Forse dotazione della cucina (pentole posate) un po'' carente e di scarsa qualitá. CAsa fresca con zanzariere alle finestre e scuri esterni regolabili"
