The apartment has its own private fenced part of parks with barbecue, tables, chairs, where you can have lunch or relax with your friends only surrounded from the green of the pines. Ground floor has a porch ( area = 30 sqm ). villa Lydia has a great privacy and it is extremely peaceful. it is near to the sea and at the same time near to the center of the village. The house has been recently repainted and has been installed the central heating in all rooms. So in the cold season you can have all comforts. The bedrooms are furnished with good taste and simplicity. Style of proper furnishing to a house near to the sea. The villa is in a very cool area because it is situated in a pine forest.
