The house is situated above a private hill, among Olive trees. Perfect for relax and spend time in a natural contest, with a stunning Panorama view above the seaside.
The house have 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a perfect outside veranda for lunch, and barbeque. The pool is situated in front of the house.
The house is quite isolated, the nearest house is 10 minutes walk, where the owner lives. E.bike rental service with the possibility of receiving the bikes directly at home (PD bike workshop, 20% discount on rental prices with Podere Girasole coupon)
In the area you can find olive groves and vineyards: wine route is near, which brings from Bolgheri to Castagneto Carducci and where you can find famous wine cellars (Ornellaia, Sassicaia, Grattamacco, Bolgheri etc..). Restaurants are tipic of the region, where you can taste meat (boar) or fish, and visit Medieval villages like Volterra or San Gimignano.
Along the seaside (only 15 minutes away from the house) you will find beaches and entertainment. In Cecina (the nearest town) you will find Supermarket (Lidl, Coop, Eurospin, Conad), Cinemas, shops and disco.
You will have even the possibility to rent e.bike (with extra fee), with delivery of the bike direct at home.

Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen.Frederica war sehr herzlich zu uns und hat sich beim Problem mit dem Ofen sofort gemeldet. Ländliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Objekt ist traditionell eingerichtet. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Das Objekt ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Strand, Aquapark und Einkaufsmöglichleuten sind 20 bis 30 Minuten entfernt. Gerne wieder!

Friedliche , harmonische Erholung

Wir hatten als Familie eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit. Das Haus liegt entlegen auf einem Hügel, so das man entspannt für sich sein konnte. Morgens seinen Kaffee mit Meerblick oder auch entspannen im Pool...Und trotzdem war alles was man brauchte gut erreichbar. Außerdem war Federica so eine liebenswerte und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir wollen irgendwann auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Traumlage mit toller Umgebung

Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel mit phänomenaler 270 Grad-Aussicht (aufs Meer und auf die bewaldete Umgebung). Die Anfahrt wirkt zu Beginn etwas abenteuerlich, allerdings gewöhnt man sich schnell an den nur teilweise betonierten Feldweg. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einem Bad und 2 Toiletten. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, funktioniert aber ohne Probleme. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und für kältere Tage gibt’s einen als Zentralheizung fungierenden Pellet-Ofen. Der Pool ist zum Spielen ausreichend groß und verfügt neben einem Saugroboter über eine automatische Chloranlage (man muss sich also um fast nichts kümmern). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich bei evtl. Fragen sehr schnell. Es gibt nur ein kleines Manko. Die Wallbox hat nicht funktioniert. Da wir mit dem E-Auto unterwegs gewesen sind, war das schade, da es im Inserat stand. Einschränken mussten wir uns aber nicht, da wir sowieso immer extern (beim Einkaufen oder auf der Fahrt) getankt haben. In Summe hatten wir unglaublich tolle und ruhige 12 Tage und möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful stay in Federica’s home. The property is very spacious and is in a stunning, peaceful rural setting nestled amongst the olive groves / vineyards nr Riparbella. Check in was very easy and Federica was always at the end of the phone for any questions we had. The pool was delightful and a welcome antidote to the July heat! We were travelling with our 7 month old baby and Federica provided a lovely cot for him. The kitchen was very well equipped and we made good use of the BBQ on several occasions. We feel very relaxed after spending a week in this villa and would happily return.

Villa nahe am Meer

Federica war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich, mitteilsam und hilfsbereit. Anfahrt zur Villa war etwas abenteuerlich, aber machbar, besonders wenn man von Federica gelotst wird. Die Villa war für uns ganz wunderbar, besonders die umlaufende Terrasse, teilweise überdacht, mit verschiedenen Sitzplätzen und sehr schönem Ausblick ins Tal mit Blickrichtung Cecina und Meer. Küche, mit Essbereich und Wohnzimmer, sehr gut ausgestattet (nur Wasserkocher hat gefehlt), Bad und Schlafzimmer sehr groß, Duschbad mit 2. Toilette eher klein, aber ausreichend. Pool war mit 6 Zügen zu durchqueren, aber für eine Erfrischung auch ausreichend groß. Das Grundstück ist in weiten Teilen naturbelassen und offen, jedoch z.T. neu angelegt mit Bäumen, Büschen und Pflanzen. Auch der angrenzende Olivenhain ist einen kurzen Spaziergang wert. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das Olivenöl von Federica. Wetter war ziemlich stabil mit einem Starkregentag und mitunter abends auflebender Wind. WLAN war ebenfalls stabil. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme haben wir nicht gefunden, jedoch kann man über Laptop Mediathek schauen (einmal in 2 Wochen).

Wunderbar! Natur pur!

Auf den Hügeln überhalb von Cecina wunderschön gelegen. Zufahrt ist gut machbar. Haus, Garten und Pool, alles wunderbar sauber und gut gepflegt, auch wenn das Gebäude mit der Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, was aber wiederum den Charme des Ganzen ausmacht. Eine Unterkunft zum Verlieben und zum Verweilen! Dass es bei soviel Natur natürlich auch entsprechend Tiere gibt, versteht sich von selbst. Jedoch nichts, weswegen man Bedenken haben müsste. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und danken unserer tollen Gastgeberin Federica für all ihr Entgegenkommen und ihren Service! Vielen lieben Dank!

Ruhige Auszeit

Wir haben eine tolle Woche hier verbracht. Das Häuschen liegt auf einem Berg ganz oben. Dadurch hat man einen grandiosen Ausblick vor allem vom Pool oder der tollen Eingangstür. Kleinere Probleme wurden umgehend gelöst. Der Kontakt vorab und auch während des Aufenthalts war immer sehr gut. Man sollte tatsächlich wissen, das der Weg nach oben ziemlich steil und holprig ist. Und relativ eng und unübersichtlich. Aber dafür wird man dann mit dem tollen Ausblick und absoluter Ruhe belohnt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Ein Traum in der Natur ohne überflüssigen Schnickschnack

Es wurde schon mehrfach beschrieben, wie toll das Haus und die Lage ist, dem kann ich absolut beipflichten. Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig und mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Meer, in guten Restaurants, in den Supermärkten, bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Haus hat wirklich alles, was es braucht, ich war sehr überrascht. Die Vermieterin ist äusserst bemüht sich hier wohlzufühlen. Noch nie hatte ich so eine top Anfahrtsbeschreibung bekommen. Wir konnten kurzfristig sogar einen Tag früher anreisen. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Und fragt unbedingt nach dem eigenen Olivenöl, es ist eine wahre Delikatesse! TUTTO MOLTO BENE 🥰

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren ende Mai bei Federica zu Gast und die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich wirklich schön. Hinter dem Haus befinden sich Olivenbäume und vor dem Haus ein schöner Pool mit weitläufigem Blick, der für abkühlung sorgt. Wir haben eine wirklich schöne Woche verbracht. Wenn man den Berg über die schmale Straße erst einmal erklumnen hat, ist man an einem Ort angekommen wo man sich wirklich erholen kann. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und man kann dort eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Hier und da gab es Kleinigkeiten die man verbessern kann. Federica ist eine liebenswerte Persönlichkeit und kann sehr gut Deutsch, was uns die Kommunikation einfach gemacht hat. Wir hatten etwas mit Ameisen zu kämpfen, aber das gehört in der Natur irgendwie auch dazu.

Ferienhaus mit Aussicht und Meernähe in den Hügeln der Toskana

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in den toskanischen Hügeln mit Blick in die Berge und aufs Meer sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen/Selbstversorgung braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und spricht hervorragend Deutsch. Die Zufahrt zum Haus geht zwar über eine schmale Schotterstraße, ist aber mit der Anfahrtsbeschreibung gut zu finden und zu fahren. Das Meer und Supermärkte sind in 10 - 15 min mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Auch die kleinen pittoresken Örtchen sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir waren 1 Woche vor Ort und haben jede Minute genossen. Danke noch mal an Frederica unsere Vermieterin, dass wir schon Anfang Mai aufgrund des guten Wetters den Pool nutzen konnten !!!! Wir kommen bestimmt bald mal wieder 👍🏻

liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in wunderbarer Lage ohne nähere Nachbarn.

Wir haben das Haus und die Lage mit der toskanischen Landschaft sehr genossen. Das Meer ist zudem nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen, als das wlan zeitweise ausfiel. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolle Zeit mit fünfköpfiger Familie im Herzen der Toskana

Toole Umgebung, sehr ruhig und viel Natur. Jeden Morgen interessante Wanderungen in der nächsten Umgebung. Das Meer mit Naturstrand ist 20-25 Minuten entfernt. Sehr schöner Ausblick. Das Haus war top sauber und die Gastgeberin Federica sehr aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Unser bisher schönstes Ferienhaus

Nach einer etwas abenteuerlichen Anfahrt, erwarteten uns nicht nur die super freundlich und sehr gut deutsch sprechende Besitzer des Hauses. Auch das Haus selbst, und die einsame Lage auf einem landwirtschaftlich genutzten Berg, ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Drum herum gibt es niemanden der einen stört, und selbst die Besitzer meldeten sich zu Rasenmähen bei uns vorher per WhatsApp an. Das Meer ist in einiger Entfernung zu sehen. Die umliegenden Orte sind schnell erreichbar und bieten alles, was man braucht. Kurz um ... wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Kleine Hinweis: Fahren Sie das Haus von der Straße zwischen San Martino und Riparbella aus an. (Etwa zwei Kilometer nach San Martino geht eine kleine, beschilderte Straße links ab). Folgen sie der kleinen Straße bis zu einem größeren Platz, an dem Mülltonnen stehen und folgen Sie hier dem linken Weg, den Berg hinauf. Wenn Sie über ein Stück Schotterweg, an dem keine Bäume stehen gefahren sind, fahren sie an dem nächsten Abzweig nach links. Erst kommt ein Kuhstall und Gärten, und etwa hundert Metern weiter, habe sie das Haus erreicht. Good luck ;-)

Rückzugsoase in Zeiten der Pandemie

Wir waren Mitte Oktober für zwei Wochen im Haus und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Federica und Ihr Mann sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Aufkommende Probleme werden umgehend und unkompliziert gelöst! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in den Bergen und trotzdem nicht weit von der Stadt und einem sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Auch konnten wir bei der Olivenernte auf dem Grundstück zusehen und durften das beste Olivenöl verkosten, welches wir je gegessen haben! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Bullis

Vier Wochen Ferien an Traumlage.

Das Ferienhaus ist an einer wundervollen Lage, erhöht und inmitten von Olivenhainen, Weinreben und Pinienwäldern. Das Haus ist ausgezeichnet eingerichtet, die Küche ist vollkommen ausgerüstet und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Die Vermieterin Federica ist eine überaus hilfsbereite und nette Person und man fühlt sich bei ihr gleich wie zur Familie dazu gehörend. Wir hatten das Glück, dass gerade die Feigen und Pfirsiche reif waren und durften diese direkt ab Baum geniessen. Das Schwimmbad war sehr gepflegt und wird jede Woche gewartet. Posto fantastico

Villa da sogno; ci sono tutte le comodita' della propria casa ma spostate in una bellissima cornice della campagna toscana. Piscina non enorme ma molto godibile, bellissimo il patio davanti all' ingresso. Panorama eccellente, stellate fantastiche di notte, svariati ristoranti e aziende vinicole nelle vicinanze. Consigliatissimo!
