Mezzanine consisting of 2 single beds and a clothes rack, which is accessed via a convenient staircase. Bathroom with shower. Hallway with hanger. Room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two solid wood bedside tables. Total surface area sqm. 57. Large portico of mq. 45 with table, chairs and sun loungers. Autonomous heating. Safe. Complete kitchen. Oven. LCD TV. Equipped garden of 500 square meters for exclusive use and fully fenced with mesh wire mesh 180 cm high. Wooden frames. Terracotta floors. ceilings in terracotta and wooden beams. Indoor or outdoor covered parking space.
Personal barbecue. Garden furnished with sun loungers. Watering is automatic at night. Coin-operated washing machine.
Children playground. Free wireless internet network. Conditioned air. Animals are not allowed.
The Campi al Mare farm is immersed in the flat green of the Etruscan coast, between Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci and Donoratico, among olive and fruit plantations. The buildings dating from the mid-800s have been renovated to offer comfort and respect the Tuscan rural style. The main feature that distinguishes it is the individuality of each villa, with large private spaces for single-family use and independent entrance. It is 4 km from long sandy beaches, shopping centers and medieval villages rich in culture and typical restaurants. The pool is in use by the clients of the 5 cottages. Animals not accepted.

Toskana
Unterkunft war ordentlich und sauber, obwohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es könnten noch Kaffeetassen (gab nur ganz groß oder klein) vorhanden sein aber sonst okay. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die Waschmaschine sollte man 50 cent Stücke bereit haben.
Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, wird auch täglich dran gearbeitet. Man darf sich Obst und Gewürze nehmen, wenn man möchte. Etwas gegen Mücken sollte man dabei haben und vieleicht noch Kissen für die Stühle.
