Ideal for those who want a holiday in the tranquility of the countryside, but a short distance from the historic center of the country, within walking distance, and only a few kilometers from the sea.
It is available for musicians or experienced students a Yamaha piano that can be used during the day without any disturbance for anyone, given the isolated location of the location.
The house is located in an olive grove of 5,000.00 square meters, adjacent to a portion of Mediterranean vegetation of equal size, which houses a large variety of birds, such as jay, magpie and hoopoe. Pertaining to the apartment a large swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with a large sunbathing area.
The house is on two levels: on the main floor the living room, with sofa bed, dining room and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, for a total area of approx. 50; on the lower ground floor / basement which can be accessed both with spiral staircase from the living area, and with a large external staircase directly from the park, there are two large bedrooms with three beds each, large bathroom with shower and laundry. Complete the apartment a loggia overlooking the sea, equipped with a dining table and a "barbecue area"
The structure is ideal for two couples with two or more children. Dogs are allowed.
The owner occupies a villa located at the entrance to the park and only occasionally uses the pool area.

Decent stay in quaint, untouristed village

A few words first about Bibbona: it's an absolutely lovely, little medieval village, but note it has very little tourist infrastructure: every restaurant we saw would close during lunch hours (@noon to 4), there's no market there to buy essentials, and you must drive 15-20 minutes to get to a grocery store. Nearby Volterra or Bolgheri were both quaint and more visitor friendly in my opinion. Overall the house was as described but the owners' home is much closer than we thought from the pictures - not a problem for us though as we never saw them except the day we arrived. The host sent some messages about places to visit, and we received tomatoes and a small bottle of oil made from their property, which were nice. But giving little less than 5 stars because the home was very leanly stocked with basic essentials (toilet paper, soap, towels, trash bags etc.), which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there seemed to be lots of dust in the home which triggered my allergies terribly.

Ein Traumurlaub im Paradies!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und entspricht den Beschreibungen. Es bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, die große Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Der große Garten ist ein echtes Highlight, bietet viele Schattenplätze unter den schönen Olivenbäumen und viel Platz zum Entspannen und Spielen (für unseren Hund war das perfekt). Der große Pool war stets sauber und erfrischend, besonders an den warmen Tagen ein absoluter Genuss.Die Lage ist großartig - ruhig und idyllisch, aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht: tolle Ausflugsziele, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Zufahrt zu dem Haus ist sehr steil und eng, mit einem kleinen Auto aber machbar.Ein besonderes Lob gilt den herzlichen Vermietern, die uns mit viel Gastfreundschaft empfangen und unseren Aufenthalt mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten noch schöner gemacht haben. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus aus vollster Überzeugung weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Peace and quiet surrounded by olive trees!

We are an older couple (64 and 68) and enjoy peace and quiet, and a good deal of privacy (we're Swiss!) This home we rented was a comfortable newer home situated on the back side of a spacious property on a small hill among olive trees immediately adjacent to the old village. The property included the manor home where the host and his family live. It was nice to have our privacy but also have the property owner nearby. Being on the hill, we could see the Tyrrhennian Sea and feel cool breezes in the evening. The village is close to many well-known (and less known) wineries and olive orchards, and it was easy driving to sites in Bolgheri and other parts of southern Tuscany. We enjoyed our stay, and understand that there will be additional improvements to the home, which will only serve to enhance the experience of staying there.

Ruheoase inmitten von Olivenbäumen

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 2 Hunde. Hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen im tollen Objekt verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - einzig der Kühlschrank könnte für 6 Personen bisschen grösser sein. Das Objekt liegt auf einer Erhöhung inmittem dem herzigen Dorf Bibbona - Ruhe und Entspannung garantiert. Der Pool und die Umgebung (dazugehörendes Grundstück) waren genial (Pool hatten wir die ganzen zwei Wochen zur alleinigen Benutzung). Die Zimmer im UG garantieren eine angenehme Temperatur zum schlafen während den heissen Sommermonaten. Das Haus ist optimal gelegen, für grosse Einkäufe liegen z.B. Coop und Conad ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, ebemso ist das Meer in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrezeug erreichbar. Das Objekt würden wir jederzeit wieder bichen!! Wir vermissen es jetzt schon…

Traumhaft

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus und das Gelände war noch besser als aus der Beschreibung hervor geht - einfach alles perfekt. In dem Haus hat nichts gefehlt - sogar Kleinigkeiten wie Streichhölzer und Kerzen, Geschirrspülmittel und Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier, Seltflaschenverschlus und und und waren alles vorhanden - Urlaub von der ersten Minute. Und die Lage, der Pool, die fussläufige Entfernung zu Bibbona einfach perfekt. Wenn wir wieder in die Toskana reisen, auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses tolle Haus. Vielen Dank Mike und Familie. Idylle pur...

Schönes, sauberes Anwesen. Freundliche Vermieter. Grosser, tiefer, gepflegter Pool. Gute Grillmöglichkeit. Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss ==> sehr angenehm zum Schlafen, da kühl! Wunderschön gelegen inmitten von Olivenbäumen, und dennoch in Gehdistanz zum Dörfchen Bibbona. Alles top - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus mit großem Pool in einem Olivengarten. Kühle Schlafräume im Keller (ohne Klimaanlage), ruhig, der Pool gehörte zu 99% uns alleine. Netter Gastgeber, gut ausgestattete Küche, genug Geschirr, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, etc. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, das allein auf einem locker 5.000 qm großen Grundstück inmitten eines Ölbaumhains liegt und trotzdem eine sehr gute fußläufige Anbindung an das sehr charmante, typisch toskanische Dorf Bibbona hat. Der Vermieter wohnt etwa 200 m entfernt und kümmert sich sehr gut, ohne jedoch zu stören oder aufdringlich zu sein. In einer Bewertung hier war sinngemäß zu lesen, man sei habe den Pool "die meiste Zeit" für sich allein gehabt. Wir haben in den gesamten 2 Wochen nur den Poolroboter und manchmal abends den Vermieter am Pool gesehen, der für Reinigungsarbeiten kam, es gibt keine weitere Ferienwohnung oder andere Leute, die ebenfalls Zugang zum Pool haben. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses lag deutlich über dem, was wir sonst von italienischen Ferienwohnungen gewohnt sind, alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei und die Küche war extrem gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafräume im Souterrain sind angenehm kühl trotz zeitweise großer Hitze, so dass wir die trotzdem vorhandenen mobilen Klimageräte nicht einmal benutzt haben. Ein wirklich rundum gelungener Urlaub in sehr schöner Natur. Auch wenn es jetzt zu heiß war, kann man fußläufig schöne Wälder und Wanderwege erreichen. Der Ort selbst verfügt über zahlreiche kleine Restaurants und Weinstuben sowie alle Läden vom Metzger über den Bäcker bis zum Frischpastaladen und das Meer ist nur ein Viertelstunde mit dem Auto entfernt (man kann es außerdem von der Terrasse sehen).

Schönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Das sehr saubere und gepflegte Haus liegt in einem großen Park mit Olivenbäumen und schönen Blumenrabatten. Um den großen Pool gibt es gute Sonnenliegen, eine Außendusche, ein extra WC und einen Pavillon mit Tisch und Stühlen, an dem wir gerne gegessen haben. Von dort und vom Haus aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Altstadt von Bibbona und in der Ferne auf das Meer. Der historische Ortskern von Bibbona ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und bietet authentische Bäckereien und sehr gute, charmante Restaurants in der liebevoll restaurierten Altstadt. Im Haus bleibt es auch im Hochsommer angenehm temperiert, da die Schlafräume im Souterrain liegen, hier schläft man hervorragend. Die Bäder sind sehr gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Ans Meer fährt man nur 10 Minuten, südlich der Campingplätze sind schöne, freie Strände. Das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei, die Besitzer sind sehr nett und den Pool hatten wir so gut wie immer für uns alleine. Insgesamt ein super Urlaub, herzlichen Dank an Ferruccio, wir kommen gerne wieder!
