About this property

Lella's House -romantic detached cottage in the countryside-15 minutes from the sea

La Casa di Lella is a completely detached villa, surrounded by a 2,000-square-meter fenced-in garden, nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside on the Etruscan Coast, just 9 km from the sea, near the Wine Route, and surrounded by a myriad of villages (Volterra, Bolgheri, Suvereto, Populonia, etc.)
The cities of art (Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Florence, etc.) are about an hour’s drive away.
Riparbella is a small village just 3 km from the house, where you’ll find restaurants, small supermarkets, a pharmacy, a butcher shop, and a bakery. Cecina, the nearest large town, is only a 15-minute drive away.
A car is recommended.
Peace and quiet reign here, and you can relax in the garden or choose to spend a day exploring cultural sites or enjoying the coast and our beautiful sea.

A lovely house!

In this house we had a perfect holiday. The house is well equipped and there is a lot of room in the garden. Our children; 19, 12 and 10 years old really appreciated the pool and I enjoyed the sunbeds and the magnificent view from the pool area. We can definately recommend others to stay here. //Marie Svärd

SUPER CONSIGLIATO

Toskanaurlaub August 2022

Lovely house and pool in a very beautiful region

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The pool is especially nice and the kids enjoyed it very much. The house was very clean and Graziella was easy to communicate with and even took care of a broken toilet seat, which we were thankful for. The house has a lovely big garden and having Graziella live next door was actually quite nice. She wasn't there a lot, so it was still like we had everything to ourselves most of the time. We would recommend the house and will come and visit again. 3 Points that might be good to know: We found the house to be very hot in the night, so possibly bring a fan, if you don't like it too hot in the nights. The pool is accesible between 08:30 a.m and 07:00 p.m. That wasn't a big issue for us with kids, but possibly with older kids it could be worth knowing this in advance. Also, there is no jumping in the pool from the sides. Again, not a big issue for us, but might be good to know before booking. Apart from that: go for it and book

Dear Samuel, thank you for your review. Very happy that you have been well and have given you a wonderful holiday. Unfortunately, the extraordinary temperatures of this summer caught me off guard. My area is always cool and breezy, but the climate situation seems to be changing worldwide. In September we installed the air conditioners and they will be available next summer. As for the swimming pool, for safety reasons it is not possible to dive, especially children, as in all swimming pools in holiday homes. And at night it is necessary to clean the pool with a robot cleaner to offer my customers the perfect pool the following day. I am very keen to take care and to make people who arrive feel at ease and I hope to have you again my welcome guests in the future.

Rustikale Ferienwohnung in Traumlage

Traumhafte FeWo in toller Lage
