Total bedding includes one king and two twins.

The kitchen comes fully-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher to make home cooked meals easy and accessible to you and your party throughout your stay.

Additional Amenities: This condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. There are two flat-panel TVs in the condo for your viewing pleasure.

Community Features: The community of Southwinds has two outdoor swimming pools, community grilling, a picnic table area, a private walkway to the beach solely allocated to the complex, community outdoor showers to rinse off after a day of sand and sea!

Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
