Each floor sleeps 4 guests. Both floors are included in price if 5 or more paying guests. If booking for 4 or fewer guests then pricing is for the first floor only.

3 twin beds, a full bed and a pull out couch downstairs, and 4 twins and a pull out couch upstairs. There's also a cot and a foldaway bed in the closet.
