Cozy pet friendly (dogs) 2 Bedroom House in Berlin's Norwegian Village
Two bedroom house close to ATV trails, hiking trails and ski areas. Wildcat 20 mins away. Sunday River, Cannon, Loon, Attitash, Cranmore all within an hour's drive. Oh, and there is kayaking on the river. Each bedroom has two twin xl beds which can be coupled together to form a king size bed. There is an outdoor camera for monitoring the yard which I use to monitor for wildlife before I let my small 10 pound dog out. Guest are welcome to cover it up if they’re not comfortable with it. We would highly recommend this property, it is very hard to find a nice and clean place where you can bring your dog with you! ( any size) we will definitely like to come back.
The property was clean and well secured and within driving distance of local mountains and eateries. The property manager was quick at responding, very accommodating to help with weather and our arrival and it was an overall great experience!! We would gladly book here again :)
We enjoyed the stay. The house was clean and well supplied with towels, soaps, all kitchen necessities. House sits high on the hill and bedrooms are on the second floor- so may be difficult for certain people and young children.
This was just a basic home to stay in. I was able to have my dogs with me at this place. The sump pump is noisy. It may startle you a few times. There is a lot of moisture and humidity in this home. We turned the ac on, and the vents need to definitely be cleaned. The air being pushed out smelled like mold from the moisture building up in the home. The air quality wasn’t the best. Like I said, it’s basically just a place to lay your head in a pinch. The host was responsive when he was available. I appreciate the stay, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Thanks to Kevin's place we were able to enjoy clean comfortable accommodations in proximity to a hiking weekend in the gorgeous White Mountains.
Kevin was immediately responsive to our questions and provided us a great dog friendly stay just a few blocks from a beautiful river walk Berlin park.
The house was quiet, and the views were amazing. My family and I enjoyed many meals while watching the sun light dance in the trees on the far-off mountains. We hope to be returning and staying a little longer as there is too much adventure and unique things to see. I thank the host for their quick response when we did have a concern.
This was the perfect location to attend the River Fire Festival. Everything was within walking distance but really quiet and cozy. Berlin is a great place for riding offroaders and this is the perfect rental to be close to the trails.
The property worked out very well for our stay. Easy self check in and checkout process which we love as we never know when we might arrive with all the great hiking in the area. Property was also very clean. I would have rated a five if there wasn’t a mandatory insurance fee or a large damage deposit, which we’ve never had to do in the 20+ other owner rental properties we’ve stayed over the years. If that’s OK with you, I’d recommend this property.
