Big house with lots of beds. 18 mins to wildcat so good location for skiing in the winter and hiking the presidenials in the summer. Cleanliness was fine but not super clean. Not a deal breaker though
Great house, very clean and more than enough room for everyone. Beautiful yard that we enjoyed with our dogs after a long day of ATV riding. It was the perfect location for our family getaway. I cannot say enough good things about it. We loved our stay and would stay there again!
Six of us stayed at the house and we spent Saturday riding the trails on ATV’s. The location was perfect. The house was clean and well appointed. Plenty of parking.
This was a perfect property for our stay. We welcomed family for a memorial service. Location was perfect, plenty of room for family to relax and unwind. The air hockey table was a huge hit for all the kids. The fire pit was a great place for the adults to relax and reflect. Thanks very much for hosting!

This home is equipped with any thing you might need. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens, towels and pillows. If we were planning another visit we wouldn’t hesitate.
We booked the house because of its very convenient proximity to Santa’s Village. The home was very clean and spacious. It was the perfect size for our group of 6. The short drive to Santa’s Village was perfect and we loved the small businesses in the area. Our favorite was an amazing coffee shop/ bookstore just minutes away. We would definitely stay again!
We loved the house but there were some issues.1. Electrical outlet for air hockey table is broken. One key is also broken.2. FYI- my husband is retired fireman and too many outlets with extension cords. Very dangerous. Too much stuff for the old electrical system.3. Lights constantly flickering.4. When using a blow dryer in bathroomAll upstairs outlets blew and needed to reset four times.5. Invasion of ants in kitchen. Got into out dryGoods on the counter by the toaster.6. When we arrived the outside garbage can was over flowing.7. The outside lights don’t work by key entry pad.Otherwise Perfect location!Great space for everyone.Perfect for our large group.Would have been nice to have firewood available for the fire ring for the price.Thank you.
The house was cozy, comfortable and fit all my friends/family comfortably, we were close to our ski resort, Walmart and many restaurants. Very spacious, would definitely go back! Very accurate to all the pictures and descriptions
9 of us fit great. House is clean, warm and best of all, across the street from our snowmobile pick up spot. Been at this location 4 times now. We love it.
All the necessities you need and very comfortable home close to all things we did. Which was Mount Washington, kayaking, and of course ATV ride. The home had plenty of room for all 6 of us plus much more! It was perfect. The Walkers from CT.

Perfect for our Group
This house was just right for what we were looking for! We had three Nordic skiing families with children as well as their coach spend two nights, for a Nordic Festival in Pinkham Notch. The location was perfect...easy to find, 15 minute drive to Festival Site at Great Glen Trails, and close to stores/gas station. There was lots of room for the kids to play, a fun popcorn machine for snacks, and even a basketball hoop and ball for the kids to shoot hoops. Megan was extremely friendly and accommodating! Perfect for our trip!
The house was such an great find. It was super clean and spacious. There were more beds available than were listed on the site. The owner left us items that made us feel right at home. We were welcomed with a tray of S'mores makings, cuzies, clean house instructions, and local information. We had everything in the kitchen and bathrooms we could have ever asked for. Plenty of towels and bedding. We had such a great weekend there for hiking and socializing. Excellent place to come home to. I will make plans to stay again in the future.
Overall great experience at Megan's house! Megan was responsive to questions in a timely way. Trails are nearby and definitely a convenient downtown location. House is much quieter than we anticipated and it was great to have a fenced in yard. Also not a bad drive to Black mountain for an easy kid friendlyband less pricey ski experience compared with Wild Cat.
This was a greatplace to stay with a group. Central location. Could sleep alot ofpeople. However the price after all the host fees was a bit high! And we were forced to payfor insurance we didntneed or want when booking
We were welcomed by a nice message from the property owner and a welcome tray. They place had a fenced in yard which make our stay with our dogs very safe and relaxing. From chilling indoors to relaxing g at the fire pit. We truly enjoyed our stay. We will recommend your place to our friends. Thank you again

About the host

I never realized when I was growing up how special of a place Gorham actually was until I moved away. In 2007, I met my husband and moved to southern NH. We frequently came back to see family and always dreamed of having a place of our own in this beautiful town. In November of 2015 our dreams came true. We purchased this house with the intention of sharing it with others . My goal is to expose as many people to Gorham as I can so that they can enjoy everything that this little town has to offer.
Why they chose this property
Growing up only a half a mile from this house I can assure you that you are going to be staying in a great area of town. I had never been inside this house until I looked at it to purchase. Many things caught my eye when I walked in. The back porch ( a place to take off all your winter gear and it not be in the way), the beautiful kitchen with a place to sit at the small bar, then the living room where many can congregate comfortably near the fire place, but most importantly the front porch. The front porch is a place to sit, relax and reflect on your day.
