Jefferson Meadows sits on a private wooded lot. The driveway offers spacious parking, able to accommodate trailers for snowmobiles, ATV's, or boats. The front of the home offers a front deck with seating. The private side yard offers a patio, Blackstone grill, bistro lighting, ample seating, and plenty of space for lawn games.

The interior of the home offers two levels of living space. The main floor offers a renovated kitchen, large dining space, living room, pantry, laundry room, full bath, office space, and queen bedroom. The second floor offers a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom (2beds).

Pets allowed - maximum of two dogs. Pet fee $85 per a pet

Full Access to whole home and yard

Guest can reach out via the platform, Text messages, email, or call at any point during their stay
Occupancy- is limited to a maximum of 6 guests.

Unregistered guests- Any unauthorized guests will result in a $200 fee per guest per night.

Parking- Please park in driveway. No parking on the grass(septic system) and no parking on the street per town.

Furniture- Please keep all indoor furniture indoors. Any furniture moved please returned to original location before checking out.

Smoking- No Smoking allowed indoors. Smoking indoors will result in a $400 dollar min charge.

Bikes- There are 3 bikes for guest to use. Please place bikes back when finished

Septic- the house has a eco-friendly septic system;
Please avoid flushing wipes or sanitary products in the toilet
Please do not pour grease down the kitchen sink drain

No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
