Coventry Ascutney log home completed June of 2020. “The Acorn” is a cozy 3 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms with an additional full, finished lower level featuring a 3rd full bath, a family room with futon (can sleep additional 1-2 additional teen/children), a large dining area and a 2 person sauna. We are dog friendly and allow 1 medium sized dog with additional pet fee & approval (no puppies!).

The log cabin home features a wood burning stove, smart tv’s in every bedroom & living area, wifi, central air conditioning for the warmer months and heated mattress covers to keep you warm & cozy on those cold NH nights. This home is located across the street from our larger log home “Three Kings Cabin” listed on VRBO listing #3730797. The house is centrally located directly off of route 3, amongst many of the White Mountains premier attractions (see below). Situated in a private log home development with Mountain View’s, on a 1 acre wooded lot w/a level spacious yard and direct, private access to the snowmobile trail. The cabin has 3 levels. The top floor features a king, primary bedroom w/private bath (shower & soaker tub), the 1st floor has 2 guest bedrooms (1 queen & the other with 2 twin xl's), full bathroom w/laundry, kitchen and a cozy living area, and the lower level is open space with an additional family room (futon can sleep 1-2) plus a large dining table for family meals and games as well as a 2 person sauna. The cabin has central heat and AC to make it comfortable in any climate conditions. Owners will get you started w/a complimentary bundle of firewood for the Jutul wood burning stove during the months of November-March to complete the full NH White Mountains 🏔 experience (camp wood is located outside near trash dumpster). Enjoy the outdoor firepit year around.
The home is staged and stocked well for cooking and entertaining. There is a 6 person outdoor dining table as well as a small interior table (seats 2-4), 4 counter seats at the kitchen island and a large8 person dining table in the lower level.
The main cabin living space is cozy and ideal for up to 4-6 adults. The lower area allows more room to spread out and can comfortably house 6-8.
