Mid-century 2 bedroom/2 full bath home on very large corner lot lined with palm trees for added privacy. The open floor plan creates a seamless flow between the living room, dining area and pool. The newly finished terrazzo floors add a touch of elegance to the home while maintaining the original character. Home is air conditioned/heated and both bedrooms have king size beds and 55” 4k smart televisions. The full kitchen is well-equipped with newer appliances and brand-new washer and dryer.

The house is designed to be spacious and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The heated pool provides a refreshing escape backing up to a tranquil pond. This home is perfect for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds - the privacy of a large lot and the convenience of being close to Downtown and Siesta Key Beach.

The home also has a fitness room equipped bikes and equipment.

My family and i loved this home! It’s close to everything you need and the home itself was clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything you could need. The fenced yard was perfect for the dog to run free and the pool kept us well entertained after a day at the beach. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful home nicely set up and renovated pool area was great for hanging out with our family. Only suggestion is to fix the handrail coming out of the pool very loose and someone could get hurt

Great little house in a great location. It's been recently renovated and we loved all the little touches. The charm of mid-century charm was preserved. And we loved the Florida room being part of the heart of the house. The pool and patio were a hit as well. The kitchen was well stocked as well as linen/towels for the baths and pool. The owner was quick to respond to any and all questions. Also shared a nice list of their favorite restaurants in the area. We are looking forward to our next stay. You won't regret staying at this sweet home.
