This fully renovated Premiere Deluxe 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers comfort, convenience, and island-style luxury in one of the resort’s most desirable and convenient locations. With 2 full bathrooms and accommodations for up to 6 guests, A1 is an excellent choice for couples, small families, or guests seeking extra space and beautiful views.

The extra-large king bedroom includes terrace access and a private en suite bathroom with a large shower. A second full guest bathroom adds convenience for additional guests. The spacious living area includes comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, and a large TV. The open floor plan connects the living room, dining area, and renovated kitchen, which features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar seating. The dining area seats four, and the large balcony offers lounge chairs, outdoor dining, and sweeping ocean and island views.

A1 is conveniently located just steps from the resort lobby, Terrace Pool, restaurant, and parking.

Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. Our accommodations were luxurious -- comfy bed, thick bath towels, 2 TVs, outstanding view from balcony -- only negative was the scratched teflon pots and pans (we stopped using teflon in the 90s). Resort staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Lots and lots of stairs and hills so not recommended for those with mobility problems.

The place we stayed in was amazing, the only thing was very annoying is the power outage, almost every day the power was off, we will not come back because of that and will not recommend our friends and family to go to st Thomas, also they need to get some healthy food and good restaurants.

Paradise all around!!!

This is one of the best stays we have ever had! Condo and property were gorgeous!!!! Loved the location of this particular unit because it was close to the pool, lobby and restaurant! 5 minutes from Red Hook and close to several beaches (go to Lindqvist!) We had such a blast here. We will return!!

Wonderful!

Our family of five (kids 11, 6 &4) had a wonderful week long stay at A1! It was a great location with gorgeous ocean views and Point Pleasant is an overall beautiful property! Our children loved the three pools available and enjoyed the walks up and down the hills and all the beautiful walk ways! (I need to mention that shuttles are always available but our kids prefer to explore:)). We thank you for the wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book this property again on our next trip to St Thomas!

STT Getaway

Property was as pictured the view was spectacular! The room was fully equipped with everything, appreciated the beach chairs. The front desk was very responsive and courteous. There are just a few things that needs attention like the front door and bathroom door that needs repair and the couch in the bedroom was a bit dusty. But overall very nice room and property. Would recommend to family and friends and would definitely stay again!!

Spring break vacation 2025

The hosts went above and beyond for our stay! Everything was included, washer and dryers which was a plus & very convenient for our family of 6. A full kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, and condiments. The beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms were a plus as well. The only issue was the power going out for a few hours on one night of our stay but it was quickly resolved which we appreciated. The staff were very helpful on the property, and the overall property was gorgeous with surrounding nature. The property itself is located on a hillside which can be a little challenging for elders or young children but it is definitely a good workout climbing up the hills! The views from our room were incredible and were lovely to wake up to everyday. We would definitely recommend this place for a family!

Enjoyed Our Stay for the Most Part...

the accommodation was really nice. the view was amazing! there were some hiccups in the beginning- no power when we arrived but it didn't last long. Bathroom lightbulb was out- which they fixed quickly and shower was missing a shower curtain- which they provided. We did not have bedding for the pull out couches and didn't realize until 10 at night when the office was closed- did receive the next day. I found the resort to be a little rundown and could use some repair and updating. The staff were all nice and welcoming. The location was convenient to several beaches and the ferry to St. John. I would return.

Best unit !!

We stayed in this unit for 9 nights. This property was our favorite in St. Thomas. We enjoyed the view from the deck every day. The front desk was pretty close so it was very convenient. We enjoyed going to the restaurant in the property and there were so many steps down and up. It was a quite exercising and we didn’t mind about that but if you don’t want to walk so much you could drive down to the restaurant through the property. I think this unit is one of the best because of the higher view and closeness to the front desk.

Absolutely amazing condo- highly recommend!

We just returned from 4 days vacation at the condo and we could not be happier with our stay! Everything is as described, new and amazing! As a host I know how hard it is to maintain a vacation property at a remote place and these hosts have done wonders! The view is the big thing. It is absolutely stunning! And then you have the window doors which open completely to the view and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are comfortable. The resort is stunningly beautiful. Most of the time we had the beach for ourselves. And the pools as well. However, you have to be in a good shape. A lot of stairs to the beach or the restaurant at the beach. The restaurants are nothing special and the lines are huge (1,5 wait time). But we had a car and a kitchen and after the first night never tried to go back to this restaurant again.

More than I expected!!

This unit/resort is incredible. The unit is so cute and nice. I will say- don’t plan on having anyone stay on the pull out sofas. They’re awful. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced. We couldn’t even sit on it, it was so uncomfortable. We sat on the table chairs instead which really wasn’t ideal. But besides that- amazing. I’d stay in the exact unit again. The resort staff are the nicest staff I’ve encountered. So helpful and nice. Everyone on the island is so nice!!!! It is a pain to walk back up to the unit from the beach. It’s essentially walking up a mountain. Great workout! I recommend booking this unit for sure. Just be aware of the couch situation. The blue one in the bedroom is more comfortable to sit on.

Love this unit!!!

We love unit A-1!! It was perfect for our family of four. The view of the ocean and other islands from this space is breathtaking! The kitchen had everything we needed, but for some reason the microwave didn't work at all. I let the front desk know and someone came to look at it but couldn't determine what was wrong or fix it. Thankfully we didn't need it for much. We made breakfast each morning. The full size cooler was convenient for packing lunch and snacks for the beach. There were two beach chairs available, but we didn't use them. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. The soaps provided are my FAVORITE and I ordered some directly from the person who makes them; great touch and I loved being able to support a local business. Plenty of nearby parking. The pool was nice. Shoreline has great food. Also, I wish I had gotten his name but the tall bearded gentleman who was at the desk at check-in and tried to help with the microwave issue is a GEM.

Beautiful apartment with great view

The condo is beautifully renovated. Nice décor and finishes. The housekeeping personnel was quick and efficient. The bed in the bedroom is great. The sofa bed in the living room has only 4 inches thick mattress in it. My son had a back pain every morning. It needs to be changed. Otherwise great apartment.

Great location, within walking distance to Coki Beach, and a short cab ride to Red Hook and Magens Bay. Exceptional views from the deck; kitchen area is well stocked with everything you need to cook, plenty of room for 5 of us, conveniently close to main lobby area. Staff responded quickly with requests for additional towels / bedding.

Beautiful!

The condo was great! The view was gorgeous to wake up to! We loved having a full refrigerator, 2 bathrooms and the washer & dryer! The bed was comfortable, and overall the condo was perfect sized for our family of 4. It would be even better if there was an oven in the kitchen, a few more sizes of frying pans, and if there were beach chairs available to use. But still very happy with having stayed here. We’d definitely stay again!

A1 was an A+

I was so happy to return to Point Pleasant after 12 years. It was just as I remembered, but even better! The property is located on a hillside overlooking the ocean and the Virgin Islands. The view does not get any better. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Brooke and Jean took care of us from the get go after a long journey! Luis helped us with our water sports. A happy spirit indeed! A big thanks to Vincia, Jnise, Danny, Slate and Tyler. They helped with transportation and other needs. I had rented a car, but the property has free shuttle anywhere between Coki beach and Red Hook. Studie the driver was right there to take us to the store! The condo itself was the best I've stayed in. It was beautiful renovated with top notch appliances and lovely decor. We had everything we needed! (I did not even notice there was not an oven) I traveled with my 10 year old son, my friend and her 10 year old son. I will definitely request A-1 again on my next return to Point Pleasant!
