We are so glad we found this place and will definitely look to visit again when we’re in the area! The location was great for our needs and all of the amenities were appreciated. Very clean, very clear communication from host … two thumbs up and all the stars!!
This is our second stay here and we will likely stay again when we visit family in the area. The house itself is beautifully appointed, clean and centrally located to old Roseville. The "back yard" and especially the hot tub, however, need a good cleaning.
This house was beautifully appointed with 2 master suites and 2 bedrooms, a great BBQ and hot tub, pool table, and plenty of space to spend our downtime. Great place to stay in Roseville
Beautiful home! All new finishes with comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Kitchen is stocked with utensils and pots and pans and nice dishes. Would stay here again in the future for our volleyball tournaments. Very close to @thegrounds.
Host was very welcoming. The house was PERFECT! Everything was upscale, well maintained, and clean. The house was welcoming and perfectly decorated. The kitchen was organized and well stocked and they provided plenty of towels. Bed linens were high quality with nice blankets
All rooms were very clean. The dishwasher bottom rack wasn’t working but the property manager came by and was able to assist with the dishwasher. The manager was very helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very comfortable as was the jacuzzi. Beautiful historic neighborhood! Close to the golf courses we played. The pool table and game room was great to keep everyone entertained.
This house is conveniently located near the "old town" in Roseville and haas been beautifully remodeled. Everything is new and the house was spotless. The kitchen is well equipped. We visit relatives in Roseville regularly and will likely stay here again.
The kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Access to hot tub is through the side door in garage or you can use the front door and go through the gate. You will be walking on a sidewalk next to the house. Be sure to take a flashlight to turn on the lights in the back yard. House is beautifully decorated, very welcoming.
This home was very beautiful and roomy! Comfy beds with lots of pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool table!
We were there to celebrate our daughter's graduation from UC Davis Physician Assistant Program in Sacramento!
This was likely the best rental I have ever been in! It was lovely and so much more than anticipated. I will definitely be back here! I wish I had reason to be here with more frequency.
Professional and friendly team. Easy and super fast check-in. Excellent kitchen, with an impressive coffee bar. Lovely living facilities. Gorgeous interior decor. Well stock bathroom. The Wi-Fi and TV’s in every room are a big plus. The hot tub and game room are fun additions. Parking conveniently included 3 spaces. I highly recommend this stunning house, with many creative touches, like bath tissue flowers on the toilet rolls.
We were in town for a basketball tournament. We had two adults and six girls. The place is beautiful and looks the same as the pictures. Everything has been well laid out for a five star stay. The hot tub was a nice touch and the girls loved playing pool in the game room. There are some cute stores and coffee shops within walking distance and only a 3 min drive to convention center. Overall, a perfect spot!

Just okay
House felt a little run down and in need of deep clean/minor repairs (broken dishwasher, water filter in fridge not working). Fine for a short stay with our family, though not as close to Lincoln as we thought - where the majority of our wedding events were located.
My team and I stayed in Roseville for a retreat we were facilitating and we are so happy that we chose to stay at this house. It was a wonderful oasis after we were finished with a long hard day of work and the place was immaculate. They had everything you needed to feel comfortable, and the team was very responsive to any one of our questions that we may have had. We did have one challenge where the code didn’t work, and within a few minutes we were in and they had set up again so that we didn’t have any more issues. I highly recommend this place and if we come back again, we would definitely stay here. Great job.
We met in Roseville for my mother-in-laws birthday as it was a central location. We had 7 adults, and there was plenty of room. Two of the bars room have a bathroom, and there’s one bathroom down the hall. The bedrooms were nice and we found the beds to be very comfy. The house is in an older neighborhood and looks older from the outside, but the inside is very clean and updated. We liked the layout and when we weren’t out and about we spent most of our time at the larger table playing cards. The garage had a pool table and other fun things, but we didn’t utilize it.We had a great time and if we are ever in the area again I would definitely book this property. Also, the management company I dealt with were wonderful.
Very comfortable house with four actual bedrooms. I have stayed here three times and it never disappoints. Located in a very nice neighborhood and is walking distance to nice downtown with great restaurants.
