The space
Located in one of the quietest safest areas in town. This cottage is located near the visitors center and next to the Cricket Frog trail, a 14 mile walking trail.
Inside find a nicely redone historic home with loads of charm. The front porch is perfect to enjoy a nice day and the fenced back yard is an added bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, Keurig coffee maker with coffee and sugar, cooking basics, spices, dishware & flatware, blender and more.
All three bedrooms have high quality hybrid queen mattresses and luxurious cotton sheets.
Two bathrooms with hotel grade set of towels with shampoo set, razor and everything you need for a perfect experience.

The entire house is exclusively yours to use during your stay.

You will never see the host unless you want to. The home is self check-in/out for easy and quick process but we live local and can attend to any need you might have.

Good. We ended up with a different house than we booked but I guess the one we booked had air problems, but we loved the house we had. Should probably spray for bugs and spiders. Had some hot water issues but host was very helpful and kept in touch.

Rocky start but great house and location

We did not actually stay at this property. I did not receive a code or check in information so as soon as I landed in Atlanta I messaged the owner on the app. This was about 4 hours before check in time. I never heard back so I got the phone number of the owner from Vrbo. When I called she seemed to not know what I was talking about. Got very flustered and then said she’d call me right back. When she called she had a story about how she hadn’t replied to my message bc she was waiting to hear back about the ac bc it had been broken. It wasn’t fixed so she gave us a different home at the same price. The house was in a fantastic location and very nice. The hot water didn’t work the first day we were there which was tough after a day of traveling but it was fixed by the next morning and she took a night off our stay. So overall I’m happy with the trip. There were some issues and I didn’t love how they were handled but the owner did do their best to make it right after the fact.
