My wife, Sandi & I relocated to Naples, FL from Pennsylvania in 2010. While visiting in 2009, we fell in love with the Naples area and began looking for a 3-month rental. Instead, we built 1 home and a second 2 years later in the Lely area. We purchased the Treviso Bay condo 5 years ago. We are year-round, full-time residents and enjoy everything Naples has to offer. I have been an avid golfer for over 40 years and took up tennis 10 years ago. Sandi attends numerous exercise classes daily. We frequent downtown Naples and have gotten to know many of the restaurant owners and bar tenders. During the past several years, we have traveled to several countries in Europe & Spain. Come share this beautiful area with us.
Why they chose this property
I have been going to Treviso Bay to golf for 10 years. After 5 years, we decided to purchase the condo not just to play golf but to enjoy the clubhouse and La Piscina resort pool and Tiki bar.
What makes this property unique
The pristine Bellini Model includes custom wood features including unique coffered ceiling molding in the living room, wall molding on foyer walls, beadboard in den & bar. Beautiful art work throughout. Located in the center of the lake for optimal views from your private tiled balcony to view sunsets, wildlife, shimmering water & nature at its finest. The air-conditioned facilities include a furnished family room with a new 65”TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, his & her walk in closets and private bath with a walk-in shower. The guest room has a queen size bed, closet and ceiling fan. New carpet has been installed in both bedrooms. There is another full bath with a combination tub & shower.
