Perfectly located on West Main Street, an ideal base for relaxation & adventure.



The Space:

Experience the unique architectural features of one of the city's flagship historic buildings. The industrial feel of this beautiful space is accentuated by the well-preserved exposed brick walls and ceiling joists and original architectural features of the windows.



Stretch out in two separate large living spaces with full kitchens, and entertain with both ping pong and foosball tables. The first bedroom features a queen memory foam mattress, ensuite bathroom, walk in closet area, drawers, and TV; the second bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress, drawers, TV, and a bathroom across the hallway; the third bedroom contains a full-over-full bunk bed, drawers, and a bathroom in the hallway.



Whiskey Row Lofts is listed on the National Historic Registry for it's Italian Renaissance Revival architecture, featuring a beautiful limestone façade, Corinthian columns, and well preserved interior. Home of the original Galt House, hosting famous guests such as Charles Dickens and Civil War generals, the building burned down in 1865 and was rebuilt in 1877 as the headquarters of the L&N Railroad, which became one of the most successful regional railways of the 19th and 20th centuries.



Placed right in the energetic heart of Whiskey Row, our spot offers the ultimate urban experience for those eager to dive into the excitement of downtown Louisville. Guest Access:

The apartment has a Yale smart lock keypad for self check-in with a code that is unique to your stay and expires after you check out for added security and peace of mind.



You'll use a digital callbox and keycard to access the building during your stay. At check-in, you'll enter the building using the call box before retrieving your key card from a lockbox inside.



All access codes are sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

Getting Around:

We're located at 140 W Washington St, in the heart of Whiskey Row in downtown Louisville!



For loading/unloading luggage or other items, you can park your car in front of the entrance or in the nearby loading zone with flashers on. Please don't block the garage entrances!



There is paid street parking on 1st St, but the easiest option for longer periods is the Yum! Center parking garage under the overpass at the corner of W Washington and 2nd St -- it's $25 for overnight parking, but sometimes has surge pricing during events. Unfortunately, there isn't any free parking nearby, except at the street meters overnight and on Sundays.

Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.

Host was very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived after 11 o’clock on a Wednesday night and I had a question and he responded ASAP. These units together make a huge property! It was absolutely amazing! Wish we were able to stay more than one day. Next time we are in town, we are for sure. Going to rent this spot again.!!

I didn’t go into this rental with high expectations, and it managed to not meet any of mine. Before I even got into the unit(s), I had been sent incessant automated marketing messages, been sent off platform to some annoying site collecting my personal information.On arrival, you have to enter three different digital codes, unlock a lockbox, use a fob, and then voila! You enter a soulless husk of a unit. There is absolutely no life to this property. Bent lamps, the cheapest furniture money can buy, beds and bedding that is at best 2/10, a hot water heater that lasts about 5 minutes, and ceilings that don’t stop any of the noise from upstairs neighbors.I could not recommend more highly that you stay anywhere else. Theres a nice hotel for less money (half the cost) down the street.As the cherry on top, for an apartment that advertises itself as on Whiskey Row, you’d assume they would cater to your presumed hangover. No, the owner asks you leave at 10 AM sharp, and should you offer to pay through their annoying privacy-invading app to get a late check out, they will say no as it inconveniences them.Buyer beware.
