The home was lovely and the location was perfect! We were able to comfortably walk to the Canasawacta Creek and playground, and downtown to restaurants and shops. The home was very clean, spacious, modern, and well stocked. The host was very accommodating and available for any questions. We also felt very safe at all times. Thank you!

Perfect for all our needs.

We needed a place to stay for several days that had a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen exceeded expectations. We felt safe in this quiet neighborhood and had good rest each night.

A Wonderful Stay in Norwich

We traveled to Norwich for a graduation in our family. The home we stayed in was great. I am happy I can give it a 5 star rating ! The house was amazingly clean and had just been redone. Stop over for a night

The house is absolutely adorable, clean, updated, and comfy!! It was super quiet in the neighborhood (however the neighborhoods getting there seemed a bit sketchy) the street that this house is on is a family street and very quiet. (Which was key for me because im a super light sleeper!!) We were so comfortable and loved this little home.

Perfect Home Base

We loved our stay! We had a family wedding in Cincinnatus, NY and with 7 of us this was a perfect find. We are not familiar with the area but Gretchen had a great binder full of local information. The mix of vintage and contemporary in the home created a relaxing, homey feel for us. Gretchen was quick in getting back to us with our questions and provided us easy and clear instructions. Since our stay, my in-laws have kept telling me how great this location was for us. I would highly recommend Gretchen and this location to anyone looking in the area. The house was very clean and safe which was a big focus for the family.
